I usually visit my local Vida Wellness, but while running errands in Orlando, I decided to stop by their location here—and I was not disappointed! The customer service was excellent, maintaining the same warm and welcoming atmosphere I’ve come to expect. Terrible customer service, I was visiting from
Out of town I called 20 mins before closing saying I was 3 mins away. When I get there 15 mins before 1pm they had already locked the doors and was sitting inside fanning me away as if my service wasn’t wanted. Even stopped answering my calls. And the fact your response to my review shows why I gave you a one for customer service . Your lack of knowledge about me shows in your reply. I’ve been doing Herbalife daily for the last 4 years so me trying different Herbalife shops on vacation is common.I just know to never return to your establishment!

Overall good experience. Place is very hidden. No sign on the window or sign on the building. Inside very clean and Teas were delicious. Ask for the Menu that explains what is in the tea’s / shakes because they don’t keep it on display and I was curious what kind of ingredients & flavors were in the teas

Very beautiful establishment! I’ve been on the product for years after initially losing 100 lbs in the first year & always wanted a place to be able to buy the products locally.
The environment is that of a Starbucks but better! The lounge is very peaceful and calming after a long day of work or in the morning before!
5 stars is an understatement to what this location truly deserves!

It’s such a wonderful place. I love the atmosphere and love the drinks even more. With that combination I’m completely satisfied. There was such an abundance of choices for drinks and healthy snacks. Jary is awesome and has such a bubbly personality. You can’t ask for better when it comes to Vida. What a great alternative to fast food junk.

I am using Herbalife Nutrition Products from last 8 years consistently, without fail. I have lost amazing 32 pounds and have kept it off, I go to Herbalife at Whisperlake in Orlando, my experience is always wonderful the two ladies that are working there are very warm friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to the products. The customer service is excellent and welcoming, the club is very clean and decorated very pretty. The people that are their consuming the products are very friendly and makes you feel welcome.

Excellent place!! With amazing delicious shakes and teas, they have a menu with their specialty shakes and teas. The employees are super friendly and give an excellent service! The place is beautifully decorated and just overall it’s a great place to bring the family, everyone is very friendly and the nutrition is excellent. I highly recommend this place! I been coming here for several years now and have no complaints.

I was looking for a fruity type shake. I was disappointed that the shake was comprised of powders only.
They were OK, they were not fantastic, I want seconds type of taste.

Super mega expensive club. Customer service was horrible, 2 workers both slow. Teas were with no ice, suppose to be cold teas. Shakes no flavors, but my daughters was just plain nasty, she ended up throwing up. Would never come again, 1st and last time. Just a pretty decorated place.
