We always stop at this Dunkin on our way south and normally have a good experience but today was a disaster!
Four girls all talking smack about some other girl and being blocked on snapchat, not worrying about customers- we stood there for over 10 mins and listened to their bs before they even started making our order!! Then they got our order wrong- no carmel or sugar in a Carmel Macchiato! Our food was also over cooked. Worst service at this Dunkin we’ve ever had! This was on 12/22/25 @ 12:30pm

The team has zero sense of urgency. The amount of time I spend waiting in the drive through lane is absolutely insane. And it’s not like you can give up and drive away, you are boxed in once you’re in the drive through lane and forced to sit there and wait for an astronomical amount of time. And then you finally get to the window AT LEAST 20 minutes later, and the iced coffee you ordered is 95% ice. You spend longer waiting in line than it takes you to drink your mostly ICED drink. Done wasting my mornings on this place.

I’ve been coming here every day since this location opened. I used to love everyone who worked here; they were all competent. In the last month or so, it has really gone down hill. Waiting in line for 15+ minutes when there’s only 3 cars ahead of me, wrong orders, workers not paying attention and carelessly chit chatting at the window with their coworkers. Ridiculous & embarrassing. It should not take almost TWENTY MINUTES for a coffee.

They have 1, only 1 good employee. They mostly can’t be bothered to check the front counter, don’t listen while you are reciting your order and flat out lie about not having a particular coffee because the maker is being cleaned when I can clearly see that it is not.

This is the closest Dunkin to me so I have given them a chance but I always consider driving to a further one bc the service is not the best! Every time I order here they overfill the drinks with ice I barely even get 2-3 sips when my drink is gone. It’s very upsetting specially when I’m paying over $6 for a drink

Worst Dunkin ever. Waited 10 min at counter because 3 young employees were ignoring us and chatting in the back. Had to call them over to get service. Then she specifically asked me if I wanted my drink hot or iced. I said hot. My picture shows what I actually handed. Go to another Dunkin!

I’ve been a loyal customer, literally every single day, since the day that they opened and unfortunately it has just went downhill the past year. I have had so many order issues, as well as horrible coffee. Most the girls there are awesome & the managers Trish & Kenneth are fantastic, but there’s a couple employees who should probably not be working there if they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s very frustrating wasting $ when the coffee doesn’t taste anything like it should & you’re constantly given the wrong donuts. Probably will be taking the further drive every day now to go to a different location.

First time here 3 employees at 800am. Ordered 2 LG hot signature got iced. The girl up front was great to change it to decaf before starting then the ticket machine started going off. Her demeanor went into overdrive. Thanked me handed them to me and bolted for next order. I got her attention and pointed out my mistake and told her to slow down che k tickets. She was hustling whIle the other 1 at the window then the other. Walking around between the 2 working ones.
