Made an online order and their delivery service put my food on the ground. Called the store and was met with rudness telling me that there is nothing they will do to rectify the situation and was hung up on.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE RUDE DISRESPECTFUL……………..
No customer sevice skills!!!!!!!
I go to the store and see that they leave their phone off the hook. At the store for 15 to 20 min waiting on a remake and the phone on counter remained off the hook with no one checking on it. I can hear someone trying to talk to anyone in this store and no employees picked up the phone!!! Terrible place to order from!
To top everything off, on the remake they put ranch dressing with the cinnamon sticks, no frosting!

My pizza was burnt, just straight trash… if it wasn’t so late and cold out, I wouldn’t gone back to request a new pie. The wings were average but seems like the cooks are ready to go home for the night.

Ordered online, and it showed the restaurant has accept the order and was making it, even that it was picked up. This whole process took more than 2 hours. Then, suddenly, the order was cancelled. I waited more than 2 hours only to not receive anything. Literally what is wrong with this store?

The food is good the service is mediocre. I enjoy Pizza Hut’s pizza but it seems they hire mediocre, at best, employees. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When you enter the restaurant the employees, eventually, walk to the front counter to see who has the audacity to disturb them. Take your order as if it’s a inconvenience and it must be corrected multiple times. Eventually you will get your food. No wonder there’s a Little Ceasars across the street. Pizza Hut’s subpar customer service are no competition.

I was a little disappointed when i went to place my order online and it would not work, each time I put my City in or even the zip code it can’t giving me a message that you don’t have a place in Ewing, NJ, so I called and young man with broken language assisted me! I told him I wanted the special cheese pizza it was $12.99 along with cheesy bread. He gave me a quote for $13.49 or something like that because it was a special. I go pick up my order and it’s a stuffed crust pizza half pepperoni and half plain for $17.00. That was not what I ordered! The young man at the store kept apologizing which it was not his fault. Please fix your website for online ordering. I just wanted a large pizza half plain half pepperoni for the special price along with the cheese bread and I didn’t get that.

Ordered a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza on 5/5/25 which I picked up and took back to my job. When I opened the box one of the slices was smaller than the rest. Not sure what happened there don’t even know how to even wrap my head around how that happened. Did someone take a piece of it??? Maybe someone there can explain.

Wow… cheese sticks are just a block of cheese and I call the place just for the manger to call me a “spik” and hangup on me….. pizzas never cooked all the way and they never answer the phone. I got two free pizzas from corporate and I will not be using them here. DONT GO HERE!!!!

The nearest pizza hut to me is roughly 45 minutes away. So when I’m out in a new town I always look for a Pizza Hut. I have to say this was bar the best one! Like I’m really surprised by how good it was. We went to go sit and eat before our hour ride home, and the guy at the counter was nice enough to ask us if we wanted plates. We got the big dinner box and it was so good, everything had a nice crisp to it. I really hope I’m in that town soon to stop ther again.

The people who answered the phones are SO RUDE! especially this one guy , not sure his name but he probably has a mustache. he sounded like he did anyways, im talking and he goes “ thank you have a good day “ before i could pay for the dang food. 0 stars , i perfer REAL pizza anyway
