Management is disgraceful got on the phone with an attitude called to compromise about remaking my order 2nd incorrect order in 60 days. I was told it was unnecessary I am I disabled veteran with no transportation I was mocked and told to bring the pizzas back to dominos. Dominos has got to do better. I’m not treating you any type of way because you work at dominos your treating people poorly because YOU CHOSE TO WORK AT DOMINOS these kids are lazy and disrespectful. Dominos has officially lost my business. Finally get my new order and this is how it looks

The store purposely delays orders and has hair in their food. They advertise a bread bowl but the bring you a pizza crust with half the product inside an actual container . They advertise dry rub wings and then serve you plain wings w sauce dripping all over it! The only thing I’d trust to eat is the salad which the employees can’t tamper with .
I’ll be reporting this as fraud to my bank !

I never have really liked Dominos until they opened the Dominos on Ramsey Street. Also, the one in Grey Creek is fabulous. Hundred percent recommend this Domino’s Pizza and Grays Creek down 87 south in the plaza with the Food Lion.

Said delivered on app. Then had to wait almost 20 minutes for it to arrive. I was on hold without answer for 15+ mins. Driver arrived and it was warm but not hot. Had trouble with this same location last time with the app saying delivered but it wasn’t and it showed up 10 minutes late that time.

The Manager Alex Or Alec majorly disrespectful. Coming from a person who has worked in fast food and know The pressure you can be under you still have to remain professional and watch what you say to people. I called about an order I had made previously the night before and the pizzas were all out of order and made very sloppy so I called that night and no one answered the phone. I called today at to speak with the manager waited close to 10 minutes the Manager, Alex or Alec Get on the phone with a major attitude. I try to explain him the situation as soon as I begin to speak, he cut me off and said well you should’ve called last night. There’s nothing I can do. I explained to him. I did call last night. no one answered the phone. He then said OK. What’s your number so I provided him my number and he says “ I don’t understand why you people call so late anyways” And then proceed to say oh there’s nothing I can do because it’s not coming up clearly I have proof of the address the pizzas came from which I still have which are untouched and you refuse to correct the mistake. Domino’s should replace this manager for someone excited and eager to perform duties of their job in the correct way and manner. Not placing with someone who’s there just to get a check and not make a difference in the company.

This is my go to dominos and still is, but today my fiance picked up 2 bread bowls. When we started eating them, they weren’t fully baked all the way and was still raw with dough. This the first time we’ve ever had a bad bread bowl and hope the last. Still a good location but the food today was terrible.
