Everyone is so nice. The drinks are made beautifully every single time. Genuinely nice.
I order the Venti Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, made with protein milk, extra whip in the bottom, drizzle in the cup and protein cold foam on top… MAGNIFICENT!

Recently, this Starbucks is not making my drinks how I’ve been asking them too. Seems like they are skimping on extra syrup if you ask for it or too lazy to make the drink as requested. In the past I’ve always loved this Starbucks location. I’m hoping in writing this review someone talks to the staff about attention to detail and they start making drinks like they used to or I will be changing locations.

The three employees working tonight at 6pm-ish were very disrespectful. My boyfriend asked if there was any pumpkin flavor, the cashier was not attentive and one of the women in the back yelled NO. We were not talking to anyone but the cashier, who answered us just fine. That immediately was rude. Another employee walked out from the back and was interrupting us ordering by trying to have an off topic work conversation, which had the cashier even less attentive. Because of the cashier not paying attention and asking us twice what he wanted, it was still incorrect. He ordered a cafe mocha with an extra shot and got a triple mocha. Unacceptable behavior from these disrespectful employees, and I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The quality of service, the quality in the coffee being made is currently horribles! The coffee either taste like milk, water or just simply bitter! The place is dirty, the customer service sucks and the manager is a stuffy, plain, no character waste of space! Not all the staff are bad! But my coffee definitely depends on who is making it. I have been a customer there for over 12 yrs! Seen at least 3 managers come and go but this latest one is the worst ever! Please make a surprise visit! You will see!! Not the same! So many customers have moved on! Am sure you see in it the revenue.

This seemed like a really nice place the baristas were very friendly and seem to know some of the regular customers. My food was great. It was a little slow due to only two people working but it wasn’t bad Also a little expensive but that’s normal for starbucks

My biggest problem with the place is the fact that they disable the option to order on the app ALL THE TIME. Disrespectful for people looking to be in and out. And I come in to order in person, it’s not even busy… they don’t look short staffed… so what’s the purpose….. nowadays people are getting lazy for real.

As we walked inside we were greeted by an associate who opened the door for us and immediately went behind the counter to take our order. Very friendly and helpful employees. The order was correct and was completed quickly. They even spelled my name correctly which made my day. Great experience.

Yes this is a nice location, very large and roomy, plenty of seating and very cozy. Everyone working during the day was very helpful and made me feel welcome. My coffee was great and they even gave me a free hot refill which was nice. Thank you too Julie 🙂
