Very s l o w experience this evening visiting here for the first time. I spent 30 minutes waiting to order until I received my order. Seen several vehicles leave the line waiting to order. When I got to the window to pick up my order I was told they were out of extra crispy chicken. 5 pm and there out ? Got home with my order and I had mac & cheese instead of the coleslaw I ordered. Don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon.

The staff here is so so rude the little girl in the drive through needs to learn manners if she is going to be in the drive through but I guess you can’t expect much when the manager was laughing and agging on the way she was acting like it was funny! The rudeness and the complete disregard for their customers is crazy never will return this place just keeps getting worse and worse

I don’t know why this place continues to sell chicken pot pies. They were sorry pies back in the day, so I waited a few years and they are still sorry. There is no sauce in the pie. It’s more of a nasty paste. And chicken? Forget about it. Maybe 2 little shreds. Horrible concoction. I tossed it in the garbage. Inedible! Shame on KFC.

Stopped by to pickup pot pies to take home. Cashier notified me it would be 12 minutes, and true to his word the food was ready shortly and it was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean.

Omg! The drive up service was awesome! The manager is great! My not so good day turned around with drive up humor! Love the nuggets and the sticky chicken sauce!

Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and got two old soggy chicken tenders on a bun instead. Last time we will order from here. Staff are rude, they always out of stuff, and food is usually gross. They can’t even get mashed potatoes right. My kids love KFC so we gave them one more try. As usual, epic fail.

Went through the drive thru on a Thursday night after work. Sat after ordering my food in the line in one spot for 20-30 minutes. Got to the window, she was going to charge me for someone else’s order but then got it right. Said she was going to drop the chicken tenders and it would take 6 minutes please pull up. Twenty minutes later I walk back to the window and she said they are putting it together now. I got the right food and it was hot and fresh. It tasted good. No napkins or plastic ware for the mashed potatoes. Just having to wait 45-50 minutes for fast food is crazy.
