Okay so, went there today and got coffee which was great, but THEN got their egg whites, the WORST egg whites EVER smell and tasted like DEATH like it was rotten like a cigarette box, AND FURTHERMORE I tried the hash brown brisket cup, VERY disappointing, 4.26 for a SMALL cup that’s HALF FULL?!?! And ALSO tasted BARELY cooked and horrible! The employees were great tho.

I should’ve wrote this review a long time ago, but this is THE WORST DUNKIN IN BRIDGEPORT. When they’re good, it’s great. When it gets busy, their quality of what they’re serving goes out the window. There has been atleast 5 different times my items from my mobile order have been stolen. I only stop here some mornings because it’s the most convenient on my way to work. In all honesty, it’s always more bad than good and when you’re paying $5-$7 for a cup of coffee that’s shitty, you’re better off driving the extra 2 minutes to Starbucks. It is really sad that the chances of your order coming out bad is more likely than it being good.
For example: the BEC croissant 9 times out of 10 you’re gonna get chewy, rubbery, greasy bacon on it. I’ve gotten one before that tasted like chemicals. Iced coffee is a hit or miss, either it will be watery, bitter, or they don’t mix it at all and everything that you added to the drink will be stuck at the bottom. Iced cappuccino, no one knows how to make it. Most times it comes out like a latte because the workers lack the training to properly make the drink. Every once in awhile, it will be made perfectly giving you a little bit of hope that things have changed. Donuts are probably the most consistent thing you can order. Most times they’re good, occasionally you get the dry ones that are like cardboard and crumbly. Lastly, the hashbrowns are never crispy. They’re always over seasoned greasy mush jammed into a little tiny bag.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin ever. Employees are unfriendly and unhelpful. Took 15 minutes to get a coffee. Same thing happen last time I went there. I see there a new Dunkin at the next exit, I’ll give that a try next time I’m in the area.

So normally the service is very well done, but this morning some guy with the worst attitude took my order.
He was extremely impatient with me even though I already knew what I wanted – which was only three things.
Did not even give me the right donut, and I had to correct him. The food is good, but you should double down on who you decide to hire. Don’t even want to order in person anymore if I have to deal with this guy one more time.
