The food was discussing!!!! Ordered a mashed potatoes Nica!! Craving a real Nicaraguan mashed potatoes!! Horrible!! Look and taste bad!!! The Cerdo asado all fat no meat!! The plantains you could taste that the grease was old!!! I called and a very unpleasant woman answered the phone I try to explain what happened with a nasty attitude said oh come I’ll give you the money back I don’t leave across the street I’m all the way in Homestead drove all the way to that place cause the food used to be good!!! What a disappointment I’ll let everyone I know Not to ordered from your place!!! BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would ! Horrible service, the ladies don’t even say hi or anything, just ask if your ready to order with a horrible attitude, they should be working in the back cooking the food not attending customers. I will never come back to this Fritanga. This place definitely needs better management. Maybe they think they are still living in Nicaragua or should go back. Especially a lady with long black hair . Please work on your customer service because you need it.

Don’t even bother in ordering online because when you get there the food is not going to be ready. It’s crazy that people that walk in get their food faster and let’s not even talk about the service. I walked in waiting for someone from the pick up area to acknowledge me and they just look at you like you are an alien. You gotta call them out for them to help you. Horrible service

I have ordered from this restaurant for years. I was just delivered my uber eats order and the carne asada only brought 1 small piece. It has always brought 2 pieces for the last 15 years I’ve ordered from here. I tried calling and phone is disconnected.
