I honestly Love the food at this place, but the owner/operater has HORRIBLE Customer service!! She continuously attempts to finish my sentences without having a clue what I’m about to say next. She cuts you off and doesn’t attempt to recheck order for accuracy!! Their are so many randoms walking in and going straight to the back. Her daughter came in from school… Dropped all of her belongings in the same place the food is prepared. The lady became more aggressive. Approaching us for order by “what do you want?” Very rude and aggressive!!! Like I began by saying, food is delicious, but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

I honestly don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place earned it.
I paid $7 for TWO pieces of tempura shrimp, which is already ridiculous for the portion size — and somehow it still managed to be bad. The shrimp came out cold, not fresh or crispy at all. On top of that, they forgot all of my sauces, which is kind of important when that’s literally part of the dish.
My hibachi was also missing any vegetables at all — no onions, no zucchini, no carrots, nothing. Just meat and rice. It felt rushed, sloppy, and careless.
The service made it even worse. The staff was rude, impatient, and clearly just wanted to rush us out of the restaurant instead of actually making sure the order was right or that we were taken care of.
For the price, this experience was unacceptable. Cold food, missing items, tiny portions, and bad service is not something I’m paying for again. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend Ichiro to anyone looking for decent food or decent service.

I ordered salmon hibachi and very very disappointed. the salmon was really thin for the price. Yes really thin and dried as you see in the photo. Fried rice have no eggs compared to the other restaurants with the same price. Go somewhere else if you want food for what you paid for. Samurai is wayyyy better salmon hibachi. My first time order for here and never again.

My first time making it over. I got the lunch special which was 3 rolls for $11.99. Wide variety of rolls to choose from. I also got the fried calamari, chicken wings(3 whole wings) combination fried rice and shrimp fried rice. Oh and 2 egg rolls. I was pleased with everything that I had. My husband enjoyed his wings and my mom liked the shrimp fried rice. Service was nice and patient to a first time customer. Can’t wait to go back.
