Stopped at this Denton, MD Arby’s today a little after 5pm. I ordered a single item, a double beef and cheddar. One item. I was the only customer. I was 10 minutes down the highway when I discovered no cheddar! Ridiculous! Cost over $8 including tax. How can you get a single item wrong? (Hard to tell it was a “double” too.)

This place is crazy staff is hard to deal with , a lot of smart comments when you walk back up with an issue. Management that knows of the problems but say there’s nothing that they can do . The picture is of a brisket sandwich. There’s no sauce no fried onions and I did ask for no cheese so they did that part correctly. Im tired of paying a premium price f9r subpar food

Horrible service. One person got in front of me. I get no Welcome greeting. Expediter handed my bag of food to me. Didnt say thankyou or anything. When im giving our families money to a place of business. Im sorry but i believe we needed to be treated a little better than this. I hope they give these people a class on how to treat customers.

I ordered a classic Roast Beef…I’m not sure if it was the sause or the meat..Something was bad..Went to counter and asked to exchange it..No problem, the cashier let me get a burger instead..The was dried up meat and sloppy…Didn’t bother to go back. The cashier was awseome and the place was clean But very disappointed with both sandwiches.

Ordered thru app to pick up. Got there and no customers were inside. Food not ready. AFTER the sandwiches were ready, the young girl decided to drop my fries. She loaded the sandwiches in the bag, took 3 orders from people coming in, and then decided to finish my order. The fries were hot, but my au jus was not.
