We received a disgusting sub with tough meat that looked like it had been microwaved based on the distrusting cheese. And how tough it was. Not edible!

Would give no star if i could. Their DoorDashdescribed says one thing but it actually doenst come the way described ?! I pretty much order the same thing every week for YEARS but for some reason the description changed and just to make sure id be getting the correct way I wrote down i only wanted the sausage and onions for some reason they didn’t even add cheese and sauce?! If i was a concern for allergy i would specify I didn’t want cheese and sauce. Now, management gets sarcástic and rude over trying to figure out how to solve the issue? Will never be ordering again. Will never recommend it to anyone again.

First time ordering here and I really liked it. The service was ok, the delivery guy was super fast and very polite. I ordered a large pizza, half 4 cheeses, half pepperoni and heart of palm and it was DIVINE, it was loaded with cheese and filled to the cornicione(the whole thing) they certainly don’t skimp on the ingredients and that’s wonderful. I also ordered a “Pastel of pizza”, and a bean soup, everything was super delicious. Everything was very well packaged and even without asking, they sent me condiments and cutlery. I hope the quality of the food remains the same and doesn’t decrease over time, as many restaurants do.

– Food: This is fast food with a Brazilian twist. I am personally not a huge fan of this food. Very large menu. Large portions, but below average quality. Prices were fairly cheap for the Cape.
– Appetizers: Onions rings were solid, but the Fries were pretty below average (not crispy, and had minimal taste).
– Pizza: Tried the House Special Pizza (supreme toppings). Very heavy on toppings. The crust was thin but very greasy and flimsy. Taste just wasn’t there, I would say a below average pizza even for the Cape. I did deliver, so it might be better right out of the oven, but comparing to others I have tried, I did not enjoy the pizza.
– Fried Pastry: The Pastel Especial was pretty good (ground beef, olives, and eggs). Probably the best thing that I tried. I also tried the nutella filled pastry and this was loaded with nutella (almost too much to be honest, but certainly tasted fine).
– X-Egg Burger: Very bad. The meat was rubbery and just not on point. Would not recommend the burger based on my experiences. The Egg was overdone.
– Sub: Steak bomb sub was solid for the cheap cost.
– Chicken wings: Similar to what you might get from a frozen bag of buffalo wings at the grocery store. Meh.

The “Greek” salad is a bunch of old slimy lettuce that is shredded and few tomatoes and cucumbers. Very disappointed, it’s a waste of money. Never going here again.

The food is decent, but the service is extremely disorganized. I always place my orders through the DoorDash app, which gives a pickup time. However, every time I arrive at the restaurant, my order isn’t ready.They haven’t even started it. I end up waiting at least 40 minutes because they don’t seem to check their app orders. This hasn’t happened just once; it’s been the same frustrating experience multiple times. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Tried to order multiple times and whoever picked up the phone on 1/21 at 5:38-6pm is very unprofessional and should be working a different position. You are in an English speaking country… you should not be picking up the phone in America if you cannot speak English. I called 8x and whoever the girl that picked up the phone is answered and when I state what I wanted they hang up. It got to a point where they recognized my number and hang up immediately every time. I am extremely disappointed. Does Ronny’s want business from Americans or not ? You can’t have a business in America and not be welcoming to Americans. This is not the first time it happened… it also happened to many of my friends.

Discovered this AMAZING place 4 days ago and have been back twice! Simone’s serves the best Brazilian food I’ve had – possibly ever! Flavor profiles are vivid and well defined, portion sizes are not for the faint of heart and the menu options will leave you wanting to try EVERYTHING. There are just so many things I’ve never seen and want to sample – and Patrick at the bar is willing to share small tastes of various items. Bar selections seem ample and their dessert menu also encourages exploration. Last, but not least – they serve SUSHI too! Try Simone’s – you won’t be sorry!
