Big shout out to the tall gentlemen and the lady with a choker working in the kitchen. I came to pick up a pizza that my wife ordered and it was done so fast I couldn’t believe it. I was greeted from the door by the tall gentlemen who was very kind and courteous and upon giving me my order, both the lady in the kitchen and him, wished me a good night. This is top notch customer service that is greatly lacking everywhere and it seems that at close to the end of their shift, the two individuals are showing the rest how it’s done. I don’t usually buy pizza, but I will stop by more often if the customer service is as good as this. Management should reward these employees and venerate them for their customer service and hard work ethic! Thank you both, you made my night with your kindness! Be well and stay awesome! 02/25/25

I order from the store quite regularly, i don’t live in the best situation and ordering out can make things easier, there was one day i ordered my usual without my regular drink selection and kurt noticed and called right away, i explained it wasn’t an option through the app and he said he’d see what he could do, he went above and beyond to serve me and got me a replacment for my favorite drink with 4 20 oz that were ice cold. I had been having a hard day that do so when i got a chance to sit and eat my food it made me happy. I wish i had the ability to tip more, it’s just hard living with an abusive person at home who takes my food otherwise, It took me a couple days to write this post, but i wanted to make sure kurt got his recognition

Ordered this at 756pm, delivery was to be by 820. 851pm I called and asked where the food was as it has been done since 810 according to the tracker. That’s 40 minutes of sitting somewhere not including the time it would be in the car. They said “they’ll make sure it’s fresh”. THEN an old nasty cheese pizza gets delivered. Does this look fresh at all? Or like a pepperoni pizza? I have 5 kids that were expecting dinner an hour ago who are now waiting for the right food to be delivered because “we need back the wrong pizza”

This is one of the best Dominos I have ever visited. This is the Only Dominos in Wisconsin which has nice indoor seating. We also enjoy lovely outdoor seating. The manager was super awesome and very friendly.

We placed our one pizza order online; it gave a 15 minute “be ready” time frame & we selected the drive up for pick up option. We saw they were busy however they totally ignored those at the drive up window. We waited about 5 minutes before we pushed the service button, waited 2 -3 more minutes before pushing button again & waited another 10 minutes before someone finally came to the window to address us. A different vehicle ahead of us did the same thing but eventually parked their vehicle & went in the store to pick up their order. The vehicle behind us waited numerous minutes before going inside instead. At least make contact at the drive up & get the customer’s name in case the pizza you just made was theirs. Don’t ignore them.

This location never disappoints! The pizza is always hot and fresh. Their crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—especially the garlic crust, which is a game changer.

This store is horrible. This is the second time in a row. My pizza was made incorrectly. I ordered half spinach and bacon half should’ve been plain just cheese. This is the second time in a row I got half spinach and half bacon. The whole reason I order pick up is because I have a special needs child who will not nicely sit in the car for 15 minutes while another pizza is made. One who I can’t easily put back in the car and drive back to town (we don’t live in baraboo) to pick up another pizza. But that is the only way I can be compensated for their mistake is to be incredibly inconvenienced. Thanks for being one more place is just too hard for us. Manager could not have cared less.

The Domino’s website would not let me finish reviewing, so I wanted to leave it here. Our order was accurate and the pizza’s look great (Thanks, Deb! – if the tracker is correct). The time between cooking and delivery was super quick even on a Friday night! The delivery driver Adam (again, if the tracker is correct) was punctual, polite and handled our dinner with care! Thanks so much for keeping dinner easy and delicious!

Got the message that the pizzas were done via the app and went to pick it up. Their lobby is closed so you have to go to their window.
Did that. Paid for the order and then was told it isn’t done. Will be a “few minutes”. That was 10 minutes ago. Still waiting.
Another guy pulled up behind me. Same issue. Employee blamed the app on both cases. Other guy ultimately got fed up and left. Can’t blame him.
Bottom line….Dominos is good, but skip this one. Customer service is appalling.

Walked into Domino’s starved and let me tell you—they did not disappoint. My order was ready so fast I barely had time to scroll TikTok in the parking lot. The pizza? Absolute perfection. Golden crust, gooey cheese, and toppings that didn’t look like they were just thrown on by someone in a rush to go home. Chef’s kiss.
The staff was super chill and friendly—like, “we know you’re here for your carb fix and we support you” vibes. I walked out feeling like a champion, pizza in hand, smelling like victory (and garlic butter). Will 100% return every time I’m too lazy to cook but still want to feel like I made a good life choice.
