The atmosphere is nice, and calm, the music isn’t loud, you can actually hear yourself think and hold a conversation with anyone you bring along. The restaurant itself is pretty clean, the womens restroom has always been clean everytime I’ve used it.
Food has always come out pretty quickly, the only thing that can stink is that you don’t really get checked on, so if you’re ready to pay and/or need boxes or something, you have to go up to the counter. The staff is always respectful though!
As for the food, worth every penny! I always get the fried wontons (full) and their pho. I can’t speak on much else. The broth is SO flavorful, I could just drink a bowl of it lol! The garnishes have always been fresh for me, everything always taste delicious and tastes fresh. Their milk tea is delicious!! I prefer taro, but the honeydew is yummy as well.
It’s relatively well priced with how much food you receive. I wish I lived closer, I’d go all the time! 10/10 highly recommend.

First, the toppings: Terrible. The plate of bean sprouts, basil, and THE CILANTRO looking green things.. was so outdated it looked like it belonged in a garbage can rather than on my table. The sprouts were brown and the herbs were wilted; I couldn’t bring myself to put a single thing into my soup. For a dish that relies so heavily on fresh garnishes, this was a total failure.
Then came the “surprise” at the end. When I went to pay, I discovered they charge a 3.5% credit card processing fee. Most places charge 1% to 2% if they charge anything at all, so hitting customers with 3.5% feels like they’re trying to profit off the transaction rather than just covering costs. To make matters worse, you don’t find out about this “cute” little detail until you’re standing there with your bill in hand.
It’s a shame because the kitchen has the basics right, but between the rotten produce and the hidden fees….
Remember owner! Being the only game in town isn’t an excuse for poor quality and transparency.
It’s really disappointing that the staff wasn’t honest. I’m very disappointed.
I’m only disappointed with the service — the food itself was actually pretty good.

very good all around. top quality beef in the rare beef pho. the broth was mild and i prefer a bit more aromatics. but it was good and didn’t need hoison sauce.. the grilled chicken in the S2 mi xia gion added a depth of flavor you don’t get at other vietnamese restaurants. the mi xia needed more sauce to soften all the noodles. the chicken in the chicken pho was dry but the broth was good. looking forward to our next visit.
