I usually go for the empanada but today I was in the mood for hot dogs. The gentleman there had such an attitude. Then we got our food, the sauerkraut was brown. The chili and cheese looked old. Fries were burnt. Still never going here again. I ate the food bc I was starving. The food was edible but still didn’t look appetizing. If I could add photos i would.

Visit any other location but this one. My empanadas were burnt. The plantains were cut way too thick which made them disgusting in texture. Too many different business ran from this location. Small kitchen pumping out Island Empanada, Nathan’s and Toxic Wings. Quality not there. Will NOT BE RETURNING.

The empanadas are phenomenal with so many flavors to choose from it’s tough but with J’s help he made it easy to narrow down the options. He recommended the Cuban which became one of my favorites amongst the other flavors I like. Packs a punch. The staff here are friendly and professional. Small place but with so many options to choose from i have to come back and try everything at least once. Definitely will come back

Island empanada has the best empanadas I’ve ever had, especially the spinach feta and spicy chicken! The food and customer service is amazing. The staff is very nice and helpful and they always have my food ready very quick. They also have the best prices in the area, highly recommend!

I love coming here the empanadas are really good (specifically Asian chicken) and the quality of food is always good. The staff are nice and helpful. I also love how Ralph’s is right next to it for a nice dessert right after a meal.

Food was great! Variety of flavors hard to choose from! Chris one of the owners suggested the cuban and spinach&feta and they were spectacular! Sweet plantains amazing too! Definitely will be coming back!

Manager was rude and wouldn’t take cash as a payment. 30 dollar order and would not take a cash payment. Place is a little dirty floors were sticky. Wouldn’t recommend eating here. Glad he didn’t take my payment.
