This place is a gem … wow!! I am so happy it’s reopened at the new location. This was my first experience and it was a great one. Firstly, the gelato is A+++ (creamy, great variety of flavors, fresh) and the inside is just so charming. Clean. Immaculate!!! Friendly owner who let us sample without making us feel rushed. I cannot wait to go back to try the affogato one morning. If you want a wonderful ice cream experience on Cape Cod that is different than the rest – definitely try this spot.

I cannot recommend Caffe Gelato Bertini enough! They recently catered for my baby shower, and they went above and beyond to make it special. Leading up to the event, they were very communicative and answered all my questions about flavors, quantity, add-ons, etc. On the day of, everything went so smoothly and the set up was beautiful. The gelato was a huge hit and added such a fun element to the day. It was a pleasure working with Patricia and Peta!

After a long day at the beach, we stopped at this cute caffe for a gelato on our way home… and to our surprise, it’s one of the best gelato in MA! The owners were so friendly and nice, and the flavors they have are pretty endless. If I lived closer, I would be there everyday!

Usually, I find google reviews reliable but sadly, not here. 7 of us tried several different flavors but unanimously disliked this gelato (ie ice cream with more milk made differently, etc.) when we went the other night and we were all very disappointed given the glowing reviews. It was so average that most of us did not finish it. I want to give it 2-stars but we just didn’t think it was good. It can’t be good when almost everyone prefers to throw away our ice cream rather than finish it, right? I say conclusively and without hesitation, just go somewhere else.
Maybe ownership or recipes changed and we couldn’t totally out our finger on it but heavily suspect they don’t use the highest quality milk and sweeteners and are using various flavorings much more than the actual items from nature (i.e. cherry flavor [natural or artificial is still not a real cherry]).
Given the comments above, it wouldn’t have made a massive difference but while service was efficient and hard-working, it was not particularly friendly.
Before dismissing me as negative fir writing a low rating, please see my other reviews. I try to write detailed, even-handed reviews to help others and have written many glowing reviews about many, many other spots. This place just wasn’t deserving in my (or 6 other visitors) minds based on our experience; far far far from and below its 4.9 review. ♂️

Still the best gelato I can find in Cape Cod. Only down is this year the haven’t made a lot of the flavors they did last year, Maybe I just miss them but I go almost every day when I’m here. The espresso is excellent. Great place to go after dinner for gelato and espresso

What an amazing treat we had. All flavors are delicious but my personal favorite is the nocciola and the vegan dark chocolate. They also have great espresso.

I always wanted to try an Affogado and this little spot did not disappoint. I was able to select my preferred gelato flavor, a hot espresso shot was added, and then it was topped with whipped cream. Fantastic coffee drink experience. There was also a cute little patio outside with a water view and some local artwork.

We spent the day doing an ice cream tour of the cape. This stop stands out as memorable because of the incredible quality and unique flavors. I tried both the “fig almond” and the “zabaglione” (an Italian dessert with sweet wine).

Excellent gelato in a cute atmosphere. Been coming here for several years. Gelato is always really good and their new shop is cute with some seating in back. They have creative flavors, but their staples are great too.
