My frozen coffee made me so sick to my stomach. The first sip was sour, and I thought maybe it’s just bitter. So I tried it again and it was disgusting. I’ve been queasy and nauseous since. As I waited for my drink, I noticed just about everyone’s order was messed up. I believe it was probably the guy taking the orders as he seemed super out of it. We all have bad days, so I have grace. But I used to manage a DD and the sour is very concerning in regards to if they are cleaning their machines properly and using good dairy or not. Do to that health and sanitation concern, I will not be back.

The reason I’m writing this review is because I had a very bad experience I love going to this location because they have good chocolate shakes. and today I ordered a medium, but it had pink plastic pieces (not from my straw) blended inside it. I went back to get it remade and the people were very unapologetic and my remake was very chunky with ice and not enjoyable. I’m very sad now.

The last 3 times I’ve had iced lattes here it’s been 99% milk. Not to mention the wait times are outrageous. Just got done waiting for nearly a half hour in the drive thru and they didn’t even offer to remake the drinks that had been sitting on the shelf that entire time. Not coming back here again.

upon going to dunkin’ I was met with a very rude drive through worker. Brittany (the worker) made me feel very unwelcomed at this establishment. She was very rude and it seemed like she was giving me the cold shoulder just for ordering. We got responses like “yup” in a rude way when asking questions. She made me feel very dumb and irrelevant. It was 10 am on a sunday morning. After being very uncomfortable with my interaction with brittany I felt my bagel bites and they were ice cold. I went back inside because my experience was very overwhelming with bad service and I at least knew I could fix my bagel bites. I have never left a review before and this experience made me so uncomfortable that I felt like it was the only way to feel at ease. Brittany should not be in customer service.
