I had the pleasure of hosting my daughter’s Gender Reveal on 12/21/25. I was in a crunch to find a place in a short time during a very busy holiday party season. Well I couldn’t have been happier from my 1st meeting with Scott, the manager at GSB. He was super helpful, always responsive & assisted me with all my questions & requests. There were 55 of us and everyone raved about the food. We had Mac & Cheese, Hot Pretzel Sticks, Boneless Wings, Penne ala Vodka, Chicken Parm, Caesar Wraps and the GSB Salad, all which were hot & delicious. At no time did anyone go without a drink due to our wonderful bartender Cassandra. The rest of the staff, special thanks to Vinny. made sure food was continuous & they kept up with clearing tables as we ate & drank. I plan to use them again for upcoming events. Many guests had not been to GSB before but said they too will be returning for the food, service & atmosphere. The bonus was Santa being there, it made for some great pictures. Thanks again Scott, you made my daughter’s Reveal a very memorable one.

Stopped here after a trip to the city to see the Rockettes. I split the smash burger sliders and cheesy Gordita tacos, both were dry and flavorless. Wish the tacos had avocado or salsa to moisten it up, the meat was SO dry. Parmesan fires were great! The Brussels sprout app was drenched in sauce that was so sweet it made us pucker. We each only had one bite to try it.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to host a party, Great South Bay Brewery is THE PLACE! I recently hosted my husbands 40th birthday and I am so happy I chose this venue!
Scott made booking and planning the entire event so easy—organized, responsive, and totally on top of every detail. Dylan was a straight-up rockstar behind the bar and Vinny our server kept everything running smoothly and replenished.
The space was huge, comfortable, and laid-back, which was perfect for my large group. Chill vibes, great beers on tap, and the catered food was delicious and plentiful—no one left hungry (or thirsty)
I got so many texts after the party saying how amazing it was and how much everyone loved the venue.
I’ll be recommending this place to anyone looking to book a party. Can’t wait to come back!

Very much enjoyed eating at the Great South Bay Brewery. Spacious, clean and well decorated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not crazy about the scanning a QR code to order and pay. I’m older and prefer a server helping us directly. That being said, we placed our order at the bar and didn’t wait long before the food arrived. Good food, great fries! Saw they have a dart league. I liked Great South Bay Brewey and will be back again.

I hosted a military retirement party here with close to 50 people. The party room was perfect. The atmosphere was amazing music the food and especially the drinks were phenomenal. But nothing tops the staff and manager that helped me through the entire process. Ryan, you are beyond your years and I’m so grateful that I got the chance to work with you to host our retirement party at this location. Derek and Gigi went over and above, and everybody had nothing but great things to say about them all night. Again, thank you so very much for all of your help and the dedication to our party. I’m looking forward to hosting more events at your location.

We recently visited this new brewery and had an outstanding experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the manager, Rob, who was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was fantastic—clean, welcoming, and overall just a great vibe. The entire staff was attentive, and our bartender, Savannah, kept our glasses full and made sure we had everything we needed.
The craft beers were top-notch, each one with unique flavors that really stood out. Plus, they offer a variety of cocktails, thanks to their full liquor bar, which is a great bonus. I recommend a shot of the peanut butter tequila! Rob was also very involved, checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect.
As for the food, it was fantastic! The honey chipotle boneless wings were out of this world, and the brewmaster pretzel sticks and Big Cheese pizza were equally delicious—definitely on my must-order list for next time! I’m already looking forward to coming back and can’t recommend this place enough for anyone in the mood for great beer, tasty food, and a fantastic overall experience.

Love the vibe! Cory was super welcoming and made us feel like long time friends within minutes of sitting down. Gave great recommendations and guided us to some menu items that were home runs! Highly recommend you stop by for a game or before a train!

My husband and I had a very bad experience at this place, it is overly crowded, there are not enough bartenders and the service was overall terrible. We waited 10 minutes to order one drink and then waited another 15 minutes to get our bill when we were ready to leave . The bathrooms were horrendous and reminded me of what a portable potty at a concert full of college kids looks and smells like. To top off the experience, when my husband was standing at the bar for 15 minutes to pay the bill, the bus boy put a container of dirty dishes on the seat next mine where I was sitting waiting. Disgusting and very disappointing. If you are looking for somewhere to go in station yards, go to the Tap Room.. you’ll thank me!

GSB is a wonderful place. The place is beautiful and has a great ambiance. Scott the owner is extremely accommodating and great. Communication is top tier. They are extremely versatile when it comes to the food and drinks. The food was great and they offer a wide variety of different type of food. The drinks were amazing with so many choices. The overall vibe was brilliant. 10/10 we are definitely coming back!

Came here to watch Sunday football games. Lots of tv’s! Place was busy but was able to find a table. Loved the new QR ordering food came out quickly and the food runners were very attentive. Loved the special french onion soup smashburger and the MacArthur pizza. Also enjoyed a sour cherry hooky. Will be back!
