Closes at 6:49 on a Wednesday night. Not cool for a thruway coffee shop. This highway runs hard all night long. Tried ordering two ham and cheese stuffers and they said machines are down no food for the night. Cleaning time. Typical service from the new generation.

Today I was pleasantly surprised and I dare say impressed with the service not only of the person taking our order but also the people filling it.
Steven took our order and did so with a sense of humor and professionalism. The person who made our food and coffees was also helpful and pleasant
Traveling for work, on weekends especially, can be tough, your team brightened my day 🙂

Out of donuts by 2 on the busiest travel day of the year? Obviously over worked employees with no desire to be there? Ordering a large latte and getting a cup of foam? All for the privilege of paying the service station tax. I won’t make this mistake again. Next time I’ll take an extra five minutes off the highway.

That lady at the counter for the second time she made mistakes I asked her for a blueberry Muffin she gave me chocolate Muffin I asked her are you sure it’s blueberry she said yes it’s blueberry Muffin lol so I was in a rush I didn’t check after her until I was driving on highway and I realised that was a chocolate Muffin. Their posted hours are to open at 5am. Each time I go through, at or just after 5, they aren’t. I ask staff what time and they say it is “five-ish” and they may be open in fifteen minutes.
On this occasion, they were filling online orders and setting them out, but wouldn’t take orders for people standing right in front of them.

They refused to serve me and made me go to the computer, when the computer wouldn’t scan my points I went back to order with them but they told me they didn’t have anymore lemonade, personally I work at a Dunkin’ Donuts as an assistant manager and I know that lemonade is made when needed and doesn’t get run out of. I just ended up leaving with a ruined mood from their attitudes and lack of work ethic. If my coworkers acted like this we’d get reprimanded bad.

I work on the turnpike and stop by this dunkin around 3-5 times a week for a morning coffee and breakfast. The staff is very sweet, fast (very needed for a busy highway location) and always serves the drinks with a smile. Any time I have had a mix up with my order and needed something corrected the staff has been very kind and prompt with trying to remedy the situation. A lovely staff of kind people and good service.

Do not, under any circumstances go to this pathetic excuse for a Dunkin Donuts. My family stopped there after a long drive from down south, and all we wanted was a little breakfast. This dream would not be realized. I ordered my usual, medium Iced coffee with cream and Splenda, and it was completely undrinkable— it was acidic and somehow simultaneously tasted like soap. For a moment I thought I’d been deliberately poisoned.
My father and my fiancé ordered an egg and sausage with white cheddar on croissant and a egg and sausage with regular cheese respectively, and my mother ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese also on a croissant. Only two of those items materialized. Can’t speak to their quality.
I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese wake-up wraps. Those appeared with a third wake up wrap with sausage, which was supposed to be my fiancé sandwich. Were the people behind the counter having active, simultaneous aneurisms? The wake-up wraps were also hideous and had paper stuck to them.

I love Dunkin, but inconsistency between locations seems the rule these days. Coffee was almost unrecognizable as such: tasted like lukewarm water with dairy and sweetener. Horrible

These people are ridiculous! You can walk in here any day after 5am and there’s a 99% chance there not open yet! Just like today! 4/7/25, walked in at 5 after 6am…. Dark as a vampires castle just outing out donuts and maybe brewing fresh coffee. Customer service is just north of rude ignoring the line and walking back and forth but stopping to use your cell phone looks great! Ned to find some new help! Thank god for Burger King right next door or I’d have to drive 34 miles north to. The next dunks!
