This location of Starbucks, which is situated on Nacogdoches Road in San Antonio, Texas, is a great spot to stop for a coffee in SATX! I recently popped-in on a route back from San Antonio International Airport, and I had a great experience here. I ordered a venti White Chocolate Mocha (extra hot, Blonde Espresso, with oat milk) for in-store pick-up, and my drink was made perfectly!! Further, the store is very clean & well-kept. I highly recommend this location of Starbs!!

I really like this particular Starbucks location. It’s in an older neighborhood and has big windows to take in life outside. It doesn’t feel as corporate as a lot of other locations. I also appreciate how they keep their hours updated on Google map on days with bad weather like today with the winter storm so that people don’t waste effort driving over when they’re closed.

Went to get an iced latte ordered it at the cashier in the store. I noticed that several people kept getting their orders before me that I knew that I had ordered before them so I waited and around the 14th minute mark I decided to go and ask where my latte was come to find out it had been sitting up there, they never announced my name when the iced latte was ready nor did they even say there was an ice latte ready even without my name because they never asked for it from the beginning when I placed my order apparently so clearly my order has been setting in ice watered down. Definitely will not be back!

Got to the cafe at 6:46pm and began placing an order everything was packed up and cleaned and they had everything closed down? Also the barista mentioned the blenders were broken the cake pops unavailable and clearly sighed very loudly at my requests. It appeared she rolled her eyes but later she left the drink in silence and walked away. Barista was rude and very hostile. Cafe was practically closed early and the service sucked not impressed.

I probably just have the most rudest experience I’ve ever had here in San Antonio. I totally understand that Starbucks is usually busy, so I understand when there’s no one at the counter, but the same little girl with blue hair streaks saw me standing there a couple of times but she was busy when she finally came up even though I was standing right in front of the register and she says out loud “I can help whoever is next”, basically deliberately trying to ignore that I’m standing there. The woman behind me looks confused so I just asked her for this order I was waiting for and the girl just replies “cool” then proceeds to look past me and asked the lady behind me what she needs. I understand that some white people might be uncomfortable with someone whose skin is darker than theirs but this is San Antonio and about 95 percent of the people here are Mexican. I can’t believe it’s 2025 and we’re still dealing with racism in a town that is primarily full of brown people. I don’t know why they hired this little girl, she obviously has no manners and does not know how to talk to people. Seriously if you feel uncomfortable talking to someone because they look different than you than you should not be in the service industry. So, If your skin is brown don’t go to this store. There should be a sign outside that says “whites only” because that’s just how the employees make you feel.

Been coming here for a couple months now never had a problem except today really bothered me
Ordered a grande white chocolate mocha and I noticed the difference when grabbing my cup when I grabbed it but I didn’t think anything of it plus I had to run to work (mobile order took longer today)
I get to work and started to drink my coffee and again I noticed a difference I opened the life and it was not even filled I honestly might as well have ordered a Tall instead of a Grande

Took the pups in for their pup cups. I think we’ve got them as addicted to Starbucks as me.
As usual our 2 huge white bully breeds turned heads going in but Bubba & Miss Piggy already know they must behave and sit down as soon as can and wait their turn.
Employees working were all very nice and the Barista made my shaken espresso perfect when I described what I like to taste.

This Starbucks is one of the best! The team members are friendly & efficient. I used to always order the passion fruit lemonade iced tea when we lived in AZ. Now, I always get a hot Chai Tea with whole milk and it’s perfection in a cup. The yummy drinks along with the friendly service is exemplary of quality customer service. Thanks so much for renewing my faith in customer service. I was starting to wonder. Jus say’in.
