Yup, saw a post on Instagram an IMMEDIATELY made plans to visit, despite it requiring a drive of almost 2 hours. Met a friend for lunch on a snowy afternoon and the place was empty (at first). Placed my order for the exact burger I’d seen on Instagram (but I added another patty, because of course I did.) This magnificent creation was in front of me within minutes and I have to say it was, by far, the most RIDICULOUSLY AMAZING burger I have EVER eaten IN MY LIFE. I am not typically a fan of “smash” burgers, but this one had ALL THE MEAT I COULD POSSIBLY WANT. It was SO HUGE I had to eat it WITH A KNIFE AND FORK. I even had an AUDIENCE as the people at the next table just MARVELLED and the majesty of this burger. The fried mozzarella was incredible, all the other toppings were too, and the sauce was great. Fries were excellent. Service was fantastic. If you are in the area and love burgers you must, must, MUST visit this place. 11/10. RECOMMENDED!

If you have not ride this placed your missing out on some of the most unbelievable mixture of food together. I rode their burger called the aggressive trust me I’d all that and so much more. Food should be illegal to taste that good altogether.
Hands down best burger spot I’ve been too. Tory in town make it a must on your too do list does not disappoint.

Instant disappointment lol I don’t eat fattening or fast food often anymore and I alwayssss see the devour videos on this. What a lie. I can’t even blame the driver because we had this delivered the Mac and cheese literally nauseating. I stopped eating it. Like eating cheese wiz on super soggy noodles covered in chicken that has been chopped and string tendons in it on top of more sauce to make it more soggy. The chicken sandwiches were soggy to the point the bread was so WET it was falling apart. Asking for a refund on the delivery app and disputing the change. Don’t fall into this viral video nonsense I’ve been wanting to try this place for so long and like I said the taste overall was terrible not worth it.edit wanted to add a picture of it all in the garbage

It’s in a college town, but that’s the only thing unsavory about it. Service was superb and the staff was very nice amd helpful about questions. Food was to die for. First time I haven’t cleared my plate in a long time. 9.5/10 would definitely recommend.

I’ve been to Buns N Shakes a few times, and while the food always looks great, the taste just doesn’t match up. I had the ChickCheetos and the Original Smash Burger. The smash burger was greasy, lacked flavor, and was messily put together—despite being a double, it just wasn’t satisfying. The chicken sandwich looked amazing but also fell short—bland, falling apart, and the sauce didn’t complement it at all.
Unfortunately, I ended up getting food poisoning afterward and felt sick for a few days. I reached out to the restaurant but never heard back, which was disappointing.
The spot itself has cool artwork on the walls, but the vibe felt off—no music, and while the staff was friendly, they didn’t seem very enthusiastic. Overall, it’s not a place I’d return to.

Got the Mac and cheese with hot honey chicken. Hit the spot lol but it just tasted like regular honey. Not much seating or atmosphere inside, if I came back again (which I probably will) I would opt for takeout instead.

We actually came here by chance with my friends, we were planning to goto smashville but they were closed that day. We ended up trying smash burgers here after seeing the viral 6 patty burger on their social media. I ended up only getting a double patty burger, my friends got the 6 patty. The food was decent, the beef had a slight gamey smell to it. Overall I would give the food a 7/10.
