This place is absolutely horrible. Do not order from here. The service is awful. I was charged, called, was hung up on twice and when I went to the store, I was told there was no manager available. The staff was rude and didn’t want to acknowledge I had an issue.
I contacted corporate. The manager of this location did return my call and offered me free pizza. I will NEVER order from here again. I don’t want free pizza, I want your staff to be retrained so that customers get the highest quality service and do not get brushed off or spoken to rudely. There are too many other pizza places in the area. You just lost customers, not only will we never order from you again, we are making sure all of our neighbors don’t either. It saddens me that we have to go through such measures, because the delivery here is very fast but I will not accept bad customer service.

Got a giftcard from work and decided to stop in on my way home to use it. The staff were sad nice and funny while I waited for my pretty much free pizza to be done. I miss going inside and I am happy I did. The pizza was delicious.

Use to be good not anymore! Ordered 2 medium pizza with 2 toppings with 16 piece chicken wings. Dough on pizza was chewy and wings hardly had any sauce on them. For. An order that cost over $50 this is ridiculous. Also, on the website said no points are given unless you make a premium tip! They can’t pay the workers enough so customers are punished. Needless to say we won’t be ordering again.

This location never fails to constantly mess up on an order. They always forget the buffalo sauce on the pizza, now on the free pizza to make up for the mistake on the last one they did not put any marinara sauce on it. Like how do you forget a major ingredient on the pizza. I can see the topping, but the main sauce come on man.

Haven’t ordered from here in a very long time. I wanted to take advantage of the $6.99 special. The staff was friendly and inviting. It took about 20 minutes for my order to be ready. The pizza’s were ok. I ordered 1 sausage and jalapeño but literally slices missing sausage. The other was pepperoni and bacon. Again topping’s very slim. Also ordered the new pepperoni stuffed cheese bread but it looked like a calzone. There are about 8 different pizzerias. I’ll be moving on to the next.

YOUR AI DOESNT WORK! every time I call it says “I’ll transfer you” then silence for a min then hangs up! Also the Cheesy bread is NEVER cooked thoroughly, if you don’t call and request it to be cooked longer it’s cold dough in the center. And even IF you DO call to request it cooked longer (like I specifically did tonight) they still don’t do it! Our account even has a note about cooking it longer but 90% if the time its not done. Its made my hubby and I sick before due to not being cooked thoroughly. What a joke!! NEVER had a problem at any other dominos before except this one. Yall need to recalibrate your ovens!

I usually love Domino’s, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I had explicitly asked the driver not to knock and to leave the pizza by the door, as we have a baby and pets who get scared by loud noises. Unfortunately, the driver knocked extremely loudly, much louder than necessary and this caused our dog to bark and the baby to cry. On top of that, the delivery was late, and the driver wouldn’t leave the pizza when I kindly asked. Overall, it was a stressful and frustrating experience. I hope Domino’s can improve their service in the future. P.s there is even a large sign on my door that says “Do Not Knock.

I generally go and pick up my orders but very rarely do I have it delivered this last time I had it delivered. The driver was so cold. She practically threw the pizza at me. Unfortunately, the delivery fee is so high when literally you’re going right around the corner I don’t know if the driver gets that, but then they want to tip on top of that which I tipped, but probably not to her liking.
