I ordered online on February 1st and after picking my food up and went home I opened my Chicken Pad Thai and it was not the usual portion which is not ok. I’ve been going there for a while and it’s never been like this!!!! Have the portions changed? If so $23 is not worth it!! Very disappointed !!!

First time at this location Bell & 75th and my husband got a rotten pepper in his red curry. It was his 3rd bite but he had said it didn’t taste right from the beginning. He ended up throwing up & I didn’t eat my food either because I was grossed out. We won’t go to this location again but love one near Happy Valley.

I’m someone who genuinely enjoys exploring new Thai restaurants, especially when I’m in the mood for something comforting like Tom Kha Gai or a good fried rice. Sadly, this place missed the mark badly.
I ordered Tom Kha Gai with extra potatoes and carrots, which I paid extra for. When I received my order (check the video I posted), the soup barely had any vegetables, let alone the extras. It was more like a watery broth than the rich, flavorful soup I was expecting.
Next up was the fried rice, which was supposed to be part of a “buy one, get one free” deal listed on Uber Eats. I received only one portion. On top of that, I had paid for extra egg and green onions, neither of which were present. What I got was plain, white, mushy rice completely lacking in flavor or any of the add-ons I paid for.
I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. She apologized and offered for me to come by and pick up more of that same mushy mess. Honestly, that didn’t feel like a solution more like a brush-off.
If you’re thinking about ordering from here via Uber Eats think again. There are plenty of Thai spots with authentic flavors and respect for customer orders. This just isn’t one of them.

I ordered takeout. It was ready when I went into the restaurant before my pick up time. It was nice that I didn’t have to wait, but the food was still very hot when I got home. I ordered the Tom Kha Gai soup. I chose a medium spice level. I added chicken and tomatoes to it. The soup was excellent! I also ordered the Pineapple Fried Rice. I added chicken to that as well and asked for the medium spice level. I added some hoisin sauce to it and it was perfect! The last thing I ordered was two Thai Chicken Egg Rolls with sweet & sour sauce. I opened the container on my way home so they wouldn’t get soggy. They were hot and crispy when I ate them and had great flavor. I have enough leftovers of the fried rice and soup for at least two more meals. I definitely recommend Thai Chili To Go to anyone looking for fast, and delicious Thai food!

Honestly it’s good food! But I just can’t get over the fact every single time the containers are half full I don’t get it we paid for the full bowl of soup and you charged for full then why is everything half full… change the bowls to smaller portion and charge less because that’s very deceiving. Otherwise food is actually decent except one time I think we got canned vegetables in rice.

Our office orders food from here once a week and we never had any issues with the orders and we always enjoyed the food that we got. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and liked it. Also I oance ordered at the wrong location and they fully refunded me without issues, great customer support. Thank you!!

I’ve been in search of good drunken noodles since moving back to Arizona. I used to have the best drunken noodles in Dallas and just couldn’t find anything close to it here. After passing by Thai Chili several times and not expecting much, I finally decided to give it a try. I ordered the drunken noodles and wow, I’m truly amazed. The portion size is generous and the taste is even better. I was genuinely shocked at how good it was.
However, the service was mediocre. It wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad either—just okay, which is why I deducted a star from my review. I also noticed they offer free dumplings for a 5-star review, but I value honesty over freebies. This practice of incentivizing reviews is another reason I’m giving them 3 out of 5 stars. I believe restaurants should encourage honest feedback rather than inflated ratings for free food.

To-go containers are questionable. I ordered takeout and upon arriving home I noticed one of the containers had a huge hole in the bottom. About half of my yellow curry dripped out of it and into the bag. They remade the order which was nice but then the lid popped off of that one, and I had the same problem lol. Please just be careful and inspect for leaks/popped off lids. Otherwise, food is great.
