I normally do not leave a review for a fast food chain, but this location really made my day.
To start off, I ordered it online. Got a great deal. But when I walked in, I noticed that the location has been upgraded and was very clean.
Never been here before since I am on a work trip and just passing through. Still not what I was expecting compared to other locations I’ve been to.
I did hear one of the ladies say that it was her only day off and she’s still got called in. However, still gave amazing service and was truly kind.
There was another gentleman there who truly wanted above and beyond. I wish I grabbed his name, but he had curly hair and had the headset on that is for drive-through.
The food was definitely better than other locations I have been to. Just wanna think the workers there because they made this drive more bearable. Definitely would say give them a raise!

Don’t come here if you want quick service. It took 20 minutes to make my food and they were not busy, inside was almost empty. People who came in after me got their food before me. If it takes 20 minutes to make wings, then it’s not meant to be on the menu at a fast food place. Bathroom was filthy

Terrible service. Dirty environment. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to even come to the register and then waited 25 minutes for my online order that was supposed to already be ready for pickup. My order was wrong when I did receive my food. The other customers in front of me had waited 45 minutes and their order was incorrect as well.

I came here today at noon and it was 1 person upfront and a cook in the back. Apparently they were short handed BUT even though they were short handed the service was great! My food came out fresh and the person working up front was very polite. Keep up the good work!

The chicken strips are solid white meat, crispy, and delicious! Store is very clean, easy to navigate between tables. Kiosk to order and pay, but they will help at the counter if you prefer. Friendly staff.

My family and I stopped here for a quick late lunch/early dinner heading home to Indiana from Chicago and we had a great experience. From the moment we walked in, we were surprised to how clean the whole restaurant was. The ones we’ve experienced at home aren’t how they should be. All of the employees we came in contact with were ladies and they were all super nice, outgoing, friendly and willing to help. 10/10 best customer service. I seen them all helping every customer quickly, cleaning and having a good time. As someone in management, this made my day knowing they can have fun and still have a good, clean and positive work environment.
Thank you all for the quick/fresh food food! If we are traveling this way again, we will come back!
Ps. I think one of the mangers names were Heather, she was wearing pink – if so – you are doing an amazing job! 🙂
