Long wait time; always told (yes TOLD, not asked) to “pull up” out of the drive through line for additional waiting in the parking lot despite ordering at DRIVE-THRU. Feel bad for the vehicles/customers waiting longer than we had been because often orders are not completed as-ordered, but rather very much out of order. Just like many other times, we had to check the bag and request that missing items be provided. Always something missing. This is NOT FAST-FOOD, don’t get it twisted. Food always tastes good – it’s fried chicken, it’s consistent enough.

Church’s needs to close down in Marrero. They refried my bombers to where they have no cheese in there. Employees always having attitudes. When you call the store no one answers. It’s just a hot mess over there.
