Ordered 2 medium coffee’s banana bread. One ice. One hot. I asked for extra shot in both, extra light flavoring, and skim milk. The hot was good but pretty sweet. The ice doesn’t even taste like it has coffee in it. Super sweet. I posted a picture. It doesn’t look like it has coffee in it. Workers are nice.

I’m an avid 7 Brew drinker and go to my local location every morning. My mother recently had surgery in Marshfield, and I was excited to discover there was a 7 Brew there too. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any 7 Brew.
There were only two cars in front of us, yet we waited almost 15 minutes just to place our order. Once we pulled up, I understood why — there were 5+ employees inside hanging out, laughing, and not paying attention to customers. One employee was openly eating a burger, another had a large milkshake, and only one girl appeared to be working and taking orders. I honestly felt bad for her. She told us she drives from Thorp to Marshfield for work. I don’t know her name but thank you for being the only one actually working!
After waiting even longer for our drinks, we finally received them — we ordered 7 Energy drinks with light ice, but they came with EXTRA ice, literally filling the cups. At that point, we didn’t want to wait any longer to have them remade, so we left.
This experience was really disappointing, especially since I love this brand. I don’t plan to return to this location and will stick to my usual spots in Eau Claire, where the service is always fast, accurate and friendly.

Rude staff. Very obviously their first jobs and don’t know how to treat others with kindness nor act professionally.
Honestly very disappointed. Drinks were just fine, but not good enough to want me to go back after that.

My drink was awful. I ordered a hot latte and when I went to take a drink, it was thick and tasted AWFUL! I don’t even know what happened to the drink. It was undrinkable and got thrown out. The workers are kind, but the lattes are definitely not worth it.

Though chilly the ladies had smiles that could warm a room. This place is literally the Chick Fil A of drinks and I vibe with it honestly. At first I was annoyed like why do we need another coffee place but they’re not really a coffee place at all. Will be returning and I hope they are not a winter seasonal place because these drinks would be great during the summer.

Oddly, 7 Brew doesn’t list prices, nor volumes, on their menu. For reference, a large mocha costs $6.10, and it measured 18.5 fl.oz. It’s not premium coffeehouse coffee, but it’s better than KT machine drinks. Based on the quality relative to value, I can’t say I’ll visit again.
Aside (and not reflected in the rating): The server in the booth looked quite chilly – make sure they have adequate heat!
I had an industrial engineer/OR with me that couldn’t believe that a large operation (large enough to be franchised) would have a person constantly crossing in front of vehicles.

awesome service and vibe but the menu situation is a mess. the menu of premade specialties is tiny and there’s a ton of custom options you’re supposed to… randomly guess at with no reference point, i guess? i’m not a fancy coffee person and i felt so dumb trying to order offhand. at least the drive thru ladies were awesome and tried to walk me through it

The last couple times I’ve visited, the wait has been 20 min or more before we order. Ive gotten the candy cane mocha, there was 0 candy cane flavor and pure chocolate. The cup was also dirty when handed to me. I reached out and was told that I need to try the coffee before I leave. The last time I went, the wait time took awhile. And yet again the outside of the cup was sticky and dirty. Im extremely disappointed in 7B

4 out of the 7 times i’ve went, the service has been absolutely horrible. For every bad experience i’ve pulled up to order and the employees have little to no attention span. I said hi and asked how she was doing and she completely ignored me to look at a car that went by and started conversing with the employees as i’m sitting waiting to order. I know i am not the top priority but there has to be some level of respect. I will name drop that specifically Brooklyn Best has done this multiple times and on top of that has gotten my orders wrong too. This needs to be taken care of because it makes going to 7brew unpleasant if i know im going to have a employee who can’t interact with me for 30 seconds.

Went through the other morning, amazing kind staff!! However I ordered the new Frost fizz drink with the cream on top, and I expected it to be iced and fizzy like a soda, but it came out blended and extremely watery with no cream. Not only that but it was also very minty, kind of like tooth paste, and it wasn’t supposed to have any mint flavors. If I’m honest, I did have to pour it out because I couldn’t drink it. I will definitely give them another chance, maybe it was just an off day, but it was definitely not as expected! : /
