Good service and as always, the best root beer floats on earth! I love pulling up and ordering outside and they bring it to your car and hang the tray on your window. Makes for a fun, old fashioned dining experience. I love this place. Have since I was a little kid and still love it now. Especially since I can take my kids and they enjoy it as much as I do. 🙂 It’s worth the drive if you’re not close to a location. It’s great.

Worst service I have ever seen, we waited 30 minutes in the drive through only to be told we would have another 20 minute wait just to order, this place is incompetent and has no idea what fast food is, if your short staffed it’s still no excuse to take that long find a better manager

Customer service is terrible. Went to this location with my family and it took twenty minutes to get four root beer floats. The girl who helped us said they needed to refill the root beer, then walked away to start processing drive up orders while the rest of the crew stood in the back hanging out and playing around (we could see them from the counter).
Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there was no one available and tried contacting their “customer support”.
Still haven’t heard anything from them regarding the terrible service we got.
Will not be returning to this place.

I always stop here when traveling through. The food is always fresh and tasty. The wait is usually about ten minutes, but for good food, I don’t mind. Everyone is always super nice and courteous.
The 2 for $6 is unbeatable for a quick meal!

I wouldn’t even give them one star. But I had to to write this review. Don’t ever get a root beer float from there. They don’t put any ice cream and they give you diet root beer and lie and say it’s regular. I know for a fact it’s not regular and it’s diet. Their menu says $1 root beer floats on Fridays and was charged $2!!!! Nowhere on the menu it says $2. Just wasn’t good service.

The “Sanitized fir your safety” table had water rings and a fry sauce left on it, leaving me to believe it had not been.
The cashier was a really nice guy, very polite. Burger was good. I thought the fries would have been hotter/fresher as he said it would be a bit, they were processing a $100 order.
