Customer service is horrible!!!! The guy with red drags cough in his hands and he didn’t wash his hands!! He was ask to wash his hands then refused. He calls the Manager to put the food in the bag. I feel sorry the Manager that she has to deal with employees like that… the District Manager and the Owner needs to address the situation. The health department need to stop by as well!!!!

I ordered a Two Piece Chicken Thigh Combo Meal with French Fries and a Drink. My order was prepared quick, my Chicken Thighs was Golden Brown, Fresh, Hot, Juicy and Tasty. My French Fries was nice Golden Brown, not hard, but it was cooked perfectly, just the way I like it. Staff was pleasant, friendly and attentive with great customer service. This KFC was clean.

Stopped in for a quick snack. Place was clean and quiet. Food was hot and came out fairly quick with a group of 7 in front of us. Only complaint is the message bathroom was horrible. Someone blew it up and needed some cleaning and a new air freshener.

The chicken pot pie was phenomenal!
I asked the driver thru representative if they had the cherry poppers. Not only was the volume on her headset low, and I couldn’t understand a word she was saying, but she made a rude, loud, and ignorant response stating, “IT’S ON THE MENU!”
Um, NO IT IS NOT.
I asked how many do they come in. Again, same response. Still couldn’t understand a word being said due to the volume being low.
UM, IT IS NOT ON THE MENU.
Pot pie was hot, flaky, and really good. The poppers were cold. Like frozen cold. And they were apple. Not cherry.
There was no talking anything out here. The level of attitude was just…wow. I was in the middle of nowhere and hadn’t had a chance to stop and eat. I asked simple questions.
Fix the volume on your headset or the drive thru system. Check your menu. I read all of it.

Cashier was awesome. Truly appreciate her efforts. Management is the reason I will not return. DO NOT TRUST THEM, AND CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
They never work to satisfy the customer. Take your business to 8251 Central Ave (10 minutes) for customer first ( and cheaper prices. Check the menus) service and a way better overall experience!!

A piece of fried chicken in my big box seemed like it had been prepared a while earlier and was kind of chewy. The other 2 were just as they should be. The biscuit was warm and the coleslaw okay. Seems like the interior needs some renovation. Better to do a pick up or drive thru.
