The last 2 times i came to this KFC i was very mad. The service was very rude, I was always missing food from my order, the wait time was a 1 hour wait with 1 car in front of you. Now i can say i am just happy with the new team that they have. Yesterday 1/5/2026 i went through the drive through and i was treated and greeted very well. I knew right off the bat the people that were there were no longer there. Then i pulled up to the window and the young lady in the drive though window greeted me very well, gave me my food in a fast and careful manner and even gave me advice on what dipping sauces are good. I hope KFC keep her there. They will definitely get a lot more customers.

Every time I go to this location there is always an issue. Learned my lesson, not going back. Took 20 minutes to get order. Chicken was worse than a gas station. Burnt and super greasy. It was dirty inside and two other customers were angry too

Drive through doesn’t give receipts. They give wrong food and when you ask them to fix it they won’t do it. The manager isn’t interested in making things right and keeping customers coming back. New management is needed.

Absolutely the dirtiest fast food joint I’ve been to. And this is just front of house, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Tables were covered in what we thought were crumbs, turns out it was actually live bugs.
