Me and my family go every year on Christmas when I’m in town so I’m glad they are open for the holidays I really recommend spare rib tips they come in a yummy sauce and a side of white rice I did order a large chicken fried rice and I wasn’t a fan of it. I would much rather have the white rice which is way cheaper my family agreed as well. I wouldn’t have ordered the chicken fried rice again but the rib tips and the white rice and crab Ragons I would order again. Thank you for being open on Christmas dragon express!! Ordering process was also easy.

The food is mediocre and the service is terrible. I stopped in today to get a lunch special. The he lady who took my order was very rude. When my order was ready, she slammed my order on the counter and walked away. My sweet and sour chicken didn’t have any pineapples, peppers or onions. Just chicken and sweet and sour sauce. The fried had onion pieces in it that was so big. The crab rations don’t have cream cheese inside. They had chunky mozzarella cheese that wasn’t melted.

My experience parallels many other reviews: Dragon Express misses the mark on pretty much everything. Definitely won’t be back.
-The crab rangoons are made with a mozzarella-like cheese and not a cream cheese, and tasted fishy not “crabby”.
-My beef with mixed vegetables had a thick, sticky gravy and the beef was suspect. Very rubbery.
-No soap in bathroom which makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen.
-Very dated and worn/ neglected atmosphere.
The best part was the white rice, which is a shame. Hate to leave a small business a negative review, but geez they need some serious work.

Went here for the first time today. The place was dirty and the floor looked as if it is never cleaned. The fried rice was decent but the crab rangoons were weird. Instead of a cream cheese filling it was like mozzarella cheese and they tasted awful. The lady that waited on me was not friendly at all. Will not be back.

as far as Chinese food in grand haven goes this is probably the best. but they put mozzarella in their crab Rangoons and its honestly awful. but grand haven doesn’t have good goons anywhere out here. everything else I’ve had is good and it’s my go to for Chinese here.

I’ve been going to this place since I was twelve.I love this place.Their quality has not really changed much in all my lifetime of forty years.The staff is indifferent.They’re nice, but they clearly don’t trust any of us.And that’s fair, because they shouldn’t.Most americans don’t trust each other.It has nothing to do with race or anything of the sort, though.It’s part of it, of course, the inherent class stratification that is inherent to our system.That is pushed down all of our throats due to the billionaire class has us all fighting each other.By far, I love this place.I love the people there.I love the people there more than I should

They have the best boneless bbq ribs out of any place I have tried their crab ragoons are nice and crispy their egg rolls are alright but their fried rice they do something different with that it’s so good the food also comes out pretty quick

Forgot to take a picture before I started eating. Everything was delicious and a great value. We got 3 lunch specials for our family of 4, and probably could have gotten away with only 2, the portion sizes were big.

Called ahead this time for the hot n sour soup and also ordered from the lunch buffet. The service is much quicker that way as they tend to get very busy for lunch. Having a lot of experience with Asian cuisine, I find this location to be very authentic for a fast service establishment. They use chili and garlic perfectly and the food is always fresh. Much faster 2nd time around. Changing my original review of only 3 stars to 5.
