Drive thru so was unable to check. Got the breakfast platter and instead of hash rounds I got grits. Grits ALL OVER EVERYTHING. It had a container but is was open. I DO NOT LIKE GRITS. So needless to say that platter went in the trash. Money down the drain. And a waste of time. Someone owes me a breakfast platter!!!

Food was subpar, burger was cold, and fries looked and tasted like they had been fried in old grease that hasn’t been cleaned in a while. But that’s not the worst. The worst was the atmosphere. One of the employees, a older white female with dirty blonde hair and missing teeth was yelling and complaining the entire time. To the point it was very awkward for me to sit in there and eat. No wonder the lobby is empty. Understandably its hard finding good help nowadays but someone needs to teach this lady about customer sevice and atmosphere. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Tried to use a deal from the app. It never would scan. Lady taking order was rude and kept saying wait a minute. Finally gave up, cancelled part of my order after code expired. Wasted 15 minutes trying to scan code that never worked, now my food is cold.

If your white, go to another site.. Inside staff is disrespectful, under trained, and use hood language to disrespect individuals. If you ask for expectation of food and customer service they want to get off the clock and fight. Waited for the police they threatened to call, they never came.
Why, because they were wrong and knew it. Manager was on the phone trying to support this behavior. I much rather go to another restaurant, any restaurant. Left communication with corporate office in TN. I am sick of paying for food and having to do all but cook it… horrible service. They rather smoke outside and disrespect people. Calling me pookie.. oh BTW they don’t do trays anymore so everything is treated like a drive through..
