I don’t usually have high expectations for fast food—sometimes you just want something affordable that’s still decent. This Wendy’s consistently delivers. The hospitality here is always top-notch; the Hispanic team makes me feel genuinely welcome every time and is great about recommending drinks when I’m undecided. Most importantly, the service is super fast and the food is always stinking hot. Love this place!

Pretty good Wendy’s overall. The staff are friendly and the food’s usually fresh and hot. Drive-thru moves fast most of the time, but it can get a bit slow during lunch rush. The place is clean, though sometimes the dining area could use a quick wipe-down. Still, it’s one of the better fast food spots around Chanhassen.

Ordered a big bacon classic double. But instead got whatever you call this. No tomatoes, lettuce, onion or bacon. Just a single patty with some cheese. It was not even busy to get the orders mixed up. Waste of money and time.

I went in to order food. Because my 94 year old mother needed a lunch before I had to work at 3p.m. And my mother was happy to have a lunch. I got my mother a chive baked potatoe with sour cream and butter. And I got her A four piece chicken nugget. I spent about $13.00 dollars. But she was happy to get it. And that she was able to take her medicine. She has to take medications to help with her health. Besides her age. Its not easy being an older senior. And that I dont want her to be with out a meal. So she can stay on schedule with her meds. And she has mobility problems. With her back hurting and having pinch nerves. The employees were friendly and very nice and getting me what I ordered for her. It made her feel better. And I stopped at luckys gas station to get her coffee on the way home. The visit was great and the place was clean

Beware the employees will “forget” to give your CC back, it happened to my husband and to me in 2 separate occasions. I’ve been a regular costumer for the last 8 years no complaints until an employee ruined the experience and I wont be returning. Latina employee in her 30s or 40s, very rude, entitled and combative. No costumer should have to experience this type of treatment. The moment I walked in to get my CC the big rude employee talked very fast telling me they have been accused before of stealing Credit cards and one time the police came in with a costumer. I assured her I was there to pick up my card and I was not accusing them and I did not have the police with me, but they should take measures on giving the CC back to the Coatumer as soon as the transaction is complete to prevent issues. The entire time this employee kept talking over me and interrupting me which made the situation worse, the woman began insulting me when I told her she had a job as an employee to treat the costumers better. Who I think was the store manager was there I reminded him that I am a frequent client and this treatement was unacceptable, he did not say anything but tell the employee to shush which she never did. I currently have a case open with Wendys corporate and expect action is taken about this unptofessional behavior and their employees are trained about the importance of costumer service.

Went for breakfast on a Saturday with friends and ate inside instead of drive through. It’s my first time having breakfast at Wendy’s and I liked it. Great for the price, and filling. The service was good too. But it was torture listening to the music played on the speakers in the dining area and then at the same time completely different music being blared by someone back in the kitchen. Why do you feel the need to take a blaring stereo to your place of employment and crank it up like that? Nobody else I know does that at their workplace. Had to take our food and leave. It was driving us nuts.
