Took nearly an hour to get through the drive through and get my food. Food was cold, like cold cold…… fries were so far gone it was like cold cardboard. O
They were out of soda, and didn’t say anything until they handed me the trash bag of food. This is a horrible location, just as bad as the one in haltom city. I guess I will not be eating jack and the box ever again. I dont know how a customer spends almost 80 dollars on food and it comes out like this…. taste like crap, looked like crap… AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Update: was given 15 dollars for 50 bucks of horrible food. Returned to use said 15 buck and order is wrong….. again. Just avoid this place. There is nothing left to say

Food is always hot but they never get my order right. When I order curled fries they give me regular everytime. Also I asked no tomatoes on my salad and they put them on there. I asked for ketchup and they gave me on pack like what do I do with one pack omg. I had to wait 30 min in the drive through for my food . Im beyond frustrated.

Second time I’ve been there this week the second time the lady got an attitude. This is very unusual because I go here all the time and everyone is usually extremely nice. Not sure if this is a new employee with a consistently bad attitude or if she was just having a bad day twice…

I came here the other night through the drive thru no one answered i waited a few minutes and i heard the speaker turn on but then they turned it back off immediately so i waited even longer. A few minutes went by and a worked came outside to take care of the trash and he saw me at the drive thru but didnt say anything and i kept waiting by now 30 minutes had passed and he cane back outside and said they were closed. I dont understand why he couldn’t have said that through the speaker or when he had came out 10 minutes before. I had asked why he didnt say anything before and he just shrugged his shoulders and yelled they were closed again.

Again… i paid for xtra pickles and onions. Got 3 pickles an NO ONIONS. i am going to complain to corporate this time
No med drinks!! Would not give me a large at same price. Somehow xtra pickles and onions was heard by them as no pickles and onions. Dont waste your time here… other options nearby. Not my first dissatisfied visit this location.

Went in around 7, 715 tonight and order 2 spicy jack and a sourdough combo. They hidden this little gems in the bottom bag as to think that it would be be seen until later. I will see you tomorrow. Your crew is horrible and no manager should have every let this be served

This jack n the box used to be run down. They got a complete rebuild not just a makeover. Service was excellent and the food was actually hot. Two thumbs up to the franchise owner, u really stepped up to the plate.
