We usually love Papa Murphy’s, but today was not so. We got the family 5 meat stuffed pizza. Which is what we usually get. Today was watching them make the pizza and the girl whom was making touched her face and hair with her gloves on that she finished making our pizza with. Yuck…….. Then was shorted on the toppings. Very dissatisfied with crew today.

Ordered 4 pizzas and 2 of the 6pc garlic knots and both packages only contained 5 knots. Called to tell them about it and they answered and immediately hung up so I called them back to explain and the person who picked up sounded extremely aggravated that I dare call again. I wasnt being rude I just wanted to let them know in case it was just an accident. Pizza good, service not so much.

The girl helping people in the drive thru is rude and so unpleasant. I was told a price on my pizza when I ordered it on the phone, and they ended up charging me 5 dollars more and when I asked why she was immediately rude. No sorry or anything. We won’t be back and we use to love this place!

My usual location can be hit or miss. The amount of toppings has been dropping over the last few years. That said, on our last few purchases, there have been a nice amount of toppings and the food was really good. We have to get dairy free cheese, and Papa Murphy’s is one of the only pizza places around that offers that, so they already get a gold star from us just for that.

Toppings are now tiny and almost non existent. Sausage now looks like kitty litter. Also false advertise with images of giant toppings like the sausage they no longer offer. Used to be good. Not anymore.

Was greeted by extremely unfriendly staff. Staff had zero customer service skills. I will not get pizza at this location again. They were rude from the minute I walked in the door all the way to me exiting the store. Being busy is not an excuse yo treat your customers poorly.

Papa Murphy’s makes great pizza. They are close to home. The floors are clean. I have to confess that the customer service could use some intentional leadership. They hire mostly kids from high school up to early twenties I would guess. These “kids” do what kids are expected to do. They are focused on their phones when the place is slow. I would suggest cleaning up the assembly line and or watching the drive thru window for people to arrive. I think it might even help if the employees were a little more customer aware. Don’t be on your phone in plain sight WHILE a customer is waiting at the drive thru and can see you sitting on the counter in the back room on your cell phone while I wait for you to come help me. Or put a driveway patrol chime at the front door and/or the drive thru so you know when someone comes in and needs your attention. Great pizza cooked at home. A bit to expensive for uncooked pizza but I only go once in a while.

Pre ordered a couple pizza’s on Halloween, the store was crazy busy but the staff was great!!! Kudos to the staffing that day. And the pies were fabulous!!

-Store is very dirty for being brand new (Notice the food all over the floor and counter in the pictures)
-It is more important to answer the phone then assist the person in front of you
-Staff is constantly being re-directed = pure chaos
-Two registers, but it is unclear which is the new order line or if you have a pickup
– New store is hollow and has an echo. Hard to hear people clearly, just a large mass of noise
Person at the register told me it would take 5-10 min to make my pizza, I left 20 minutes later after they screwed it up, put it on the back rack and then answered the phone, forgetting they had to finish the one they started.
+1 star that the kids are trying, just trained poorly to handle pressure. Hopefully that improves.
