January 2026 week day afternoon: Ok for what I expect from an airport (high prices, and ok food). I might comeback but it not on top of my list. The chicken sandwich was just ok, I got Nashville Hot, the sandwich lacked flavor, the chicken itself and the coleslaw. The waffle fries were warm and perfectly cooked but they lacked flavor too. I took a star away because they did not give me the honey muster sauce I ordered.

Wow, take heed in the reviews. Had the 4 piece spicy chicken strips. It was bland and dry. It seems they call sprinkling paprika and cayenne on chicken, spicy. That was it, no flavor. The price was high at $15, but that is expected at an airport. It also came with waffle fries. This did not help at all. Stay away, do not waste your money.

I didn’t read any reviews before I stopped here. It was next to my gate. Everything was overcooked. The chicken was so dry I couldn’t chew or swallow it without drinking with it. The fries had been cooked to the point that all that was left was a waffle chip…no soft potato inside. I ordered at 11 so breakfast had just ended. Hard to believe this was their first servings for lunch. It was like they cooked everything before breakfast and then just fried everything again for lunch. Not good.

Chicken was bland and mediocre at best. This place is a real canes wanna be with extra rude customer service. I stood in line at the cashiers for nobody to really even give me the time of day until I asked and they told me to go wait at the kiosk since I was using a credit card. Then it took forever to get the meal. When I got it, I had ordered chicken tenders and waffle fries, a Nashville, hot chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich. All of which really had no flavor and didn’t look anywhere close to what the pictures on the menu looked like. I love fried chicken, I love fried chicken tenders and fried chicken sandwiches. Popeyes chicken sandwiches totally blow these things away and for $15 for a sandwich with some fries, it’s totally not worth it. I understand that they were busy, but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude at the same time when you’re talking to customers. Unfortunately disappointing

The chicken was fresh, juicy, and flavorful with the buffalo sauce. It was a great value for the money, my four strip meal with fries was only $15. It was busy but they got everything out in a decent amount of time. Order ahead for pickup if you have the opportunity. I would definitely recommend it if you have time to make a run to the B gate area at Midway, they don’t have many options but this is a good one!

Extremely rude employees. Fountain drinks were out yet there was No sign posted saying they were in unavailable. When I asked to be refunded I was told a manger had to do it but they could not give me a time frame on when she would be there. I could then hear the cook in back saying I had an attitude. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

Ordered the 4 “spicy” chicken strips with waffle fries and the big city mayonnaise sauce. The waffle fries was actually good, the chicken was freshly fries but was dry on the inside. The difference between “spicy” and not spicy seems to be just them sprinkling some chili/paprika powder on top. Overall it was not bad, but the store was very crowded!
