Extremely disappointed, I ordered a 4 piece chicken street basket with 2 white gravies. Drove home 20 minutes opened up my Dq box and I received popcorn shrimp with tartar sauce. If it wasn’t twenty minutes away, I would have turned around and went back to get what I actually ordered. And after I got home, I attempted to call the Cold Spring location and it does not go through i get an error message. A refund would be great

I deleted my first review because I had a TERRIBLE experience at this store today. After ordering a 6 piece chicken strip basket, my husband asked the order taker a simple question. She rudely cut off him and asked us to just pull forward BUT we were not finished with order yet. NO dairy treats! Geez! There were 2 cars ahead of us and the line was moving very slowly so we decided to just leave before getting our food. Obviously, she didn’t want our business very badly as it would’ve gotten in the way of her being rude and condescending. Never again.

Ordered 1 large chocolate shake, I sat at the window more then. 7 minutes all while the shake was done, but the worker or the daytime manager thought it was more important to talk to a friend where u walk up and order inside rather then give what was ordered at the drive thrue window. I will never visit that store again. Apparently my money isn’t good enough

Dont go here. Just dont. Terrible service, the orders have been wrong more times than right. The workers shame you, they are snotty and then talk bad about the customers and management. The last time there after the 2 blizzards made wrong the third and the one I was given was like a milkshake. The one server was confrontational and refused to wait on me. Unbelievable that this is the best that they can do in Cold Spring, MN.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. I was disrespected and cut off while politely trying to order and told to pull forward. I got to the window after moving in a quick lane where I was ignored for 5 minutes. Then, when I asked to add to my order because I wasn’t finished, I was treated completely disrespectfully. Not only is their food poor, their service is worse. Don’t come here unless you wanted to be treated as less. The lady showed zero kindness.

Normally my review of the Cold Spring dq would be a five, we usually come during normal lunch dinner time and we have never had any problems. Food looks better then fast fast food and the service is always good. However tonight my husband had to stop around 7:20 he was running late from work and stopped to get a late dinner. The service was bad. They kept messing up basic orders. He got home and we set up to eat and could tell that the quality was not normal. Fries are cold and old (we live 2 mins away) burger thrown together in a mess and my strawberry chocolate shake and the smallest amount of chocolate I’ve ever had from there. As a food service worker myself I can tell this was just people who wanted out for the night and no longer cared. This is not an option while still open. I truly hope they do better at night. Day/ afternoon please keep on doing wonderful, you are awesome.

They consistently make our order as a double burger when we order triples. Blizzards melt when you order ahead.

Food good as always. Especially the blizzards! Love the chicken strip basket! They gave us our sundaes right away when we pulled up before our food was ready. Waited over 5 min for food to be ready and both subdaes were completely melted.

The food was fine but I am SHOCKED at how horribly the owner was treating her employees! They were working really hard and she made me feel uncomfortable with how she was talking to them. I could see nothing that warranted such treatment. You can tell their work environment is very stressful for them.
