I ordered lunch yesterday and used the drive-thru at the LSL location.
I was waited on by one of the nicest employees ever! He was kind, efficient, personable, and just a delight to deal with! I thought his employer should be aware what a great job he is doing….wish I had gotten his name!

EDIT- I received a call from the General Manager, Justin, in regards to my original review. He was very apologetic and pleasant to talk with! He rectified the situation. I still am disappointed that the company chose to go through door dash for delivery but it’s close enough to pick up.
Original review-We have ordered from here about 5 times (usually around lunch) and have had good experience. Delivery was fast. A little pricey for the pizza but was very good. This last visit was extremely upsetting, birthday dinner for my son. We ordered 2 pizzas, salad and 4 desserts. Pizza was great, desserts are not worth what they charge, AT All! Brownie is about 3 inches square, normal size cheesecake, the cannoli was about the size of of a roll of quarters, and the doughnut holes are kinda small and cost over $1.50 each! I was informed they no longer deliver and you have to use Door Dash so my husband decided to pick up instead. When we went to eat, opened all the bags and salad was missing. I called talked to the manager and he continued to repeat to me that we got it because they didn’t have it. Guess what, we didn’t have it either! Will no longer be spending $100 for pizza from here.

Im not particularly fond of STL style pizza but these guys do it quite well. Easy to call, order, and pickup from them. Food was hot at pickup. Buffalo chicken pizza and Hawaiian were both great. Price was not the best but it was reasonable. I will likely return.

Fast convenient affordable Location. I like their thin crust pizza. They also serve various Italian dishes, wings, burgers, and T-ravs. Daily specials are very affordable. This location also has a drive through window. The seating inside is basic, but adequate.

I had to wait 5 minutes but I waited about 20 minutes and all I was going to get was one pizza. I asked the lady if she could give it to me with salad and she was also making fun of me. I think this business owner should give his employees a decent and polite attitude.

The staff was friendly…. However the pizza was not good. We ordered gluten-free and I will say it was the smallest pizza I’ve ever seen. Our 6 year olds small cheese was bigger than ours. Also, out of take out pizza in the area this was by far the worst “tasting” gluten-free we’ve had. The topping didn’t go much past the middle of the pizza either. Paid over $50 and was still hungry. We won’t be going back.

I love Stef’s but my last order was a bit disappointing. Bought a large Stef’s special and a small Pepperoni and asked for both to be crispy but not burnt and they both came out undercooked. Paid for extra sauce on the large pizza and it came with very little.
Disappointed but still gave it a 3/5 because I am a loyal Stef’s patron

I was picking up frozen pizza’s from O’Fallon store when a woman ordered a meatball and mushroom pizza. It sounded good so I thought I would order one from our store in Lake St. Louis. When I asked about it, I was told we don’t do that at this store. However, my pizza was delivered in a generic box which listed on the side of the box meatball as an option. Maybe, they should rethink either their box or toppings.
