Arrived around 9:00. At first very few were seated but sometime after 8-10 people walked in. Not much to view from the outside that would draw you in but the food lived up to the reviews. Eclectic interior. Food is legit. Order system from table. Served piping hot. Friendly follow ups but not bothersome. Friendly staff.

We were recommended this spot by a friend who knows we love Korean food, and it absolutely delivered! This restaurant has a cozy, Korean pub-style vibe with narrow aisles and closely packed 4-person tables that make the atmosphere feel warm and communal.

The fried chicken is a on the sweet side and the pork is a little heavy and oily, but the tofu soup is surprisingly fresh and comforting. You might like here if you enjoy rich flavors.

I’m begging you, don’t come here Everything was so bland I honestly thought I lost my sense of taste. Like… how does food taste like nothing?! No seasoning, no flavor, NOTHING. It was actually kind of depressing to eat. I kept taking bites hoping it would get better and even ask for bean paste but it didn’t get better. Save your money and your mood.

I stopped by Dawa Lynwood on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff were super friendly and welcoming — they made me feel right at home. Now, the chicken… absolutely incredible. Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside — it’s everything you want Korean fried chicken to be. You can tell they fry it fresh to order. I tried the soy garlic and the spicy gochujang flavors, and both were spot-on. The soy garlic had that sweet-savory balance that keeps you going back for more, and the spicy one had just the right kick without being overwhelming.
Their sides were great too — I got the pickled radish (super refreshing), some fries, and a cold beer. Everything complemented the chicken perfectly. It’s the kind of meal that makes you stop talking for a minute because you just want to enjoy every bite.

Such an amazing find! Highly recommend to anyone!
Ordered the following:
1. D4 fried chicken (1/2 spicy, 1/2 plain) which had an amazing breading with tender/juicy chicken.
2. Cheese corn – exactly as it sounds like and did not disappoint
3. Seafood fish pancake – great selection of veggies and fish. Crispy and with a great seafood flavor.
Also had a complementary rice wine tasting (grape) which brought the whole meal together.
Will definitely be coming back!
