I found two long strands of hair baked inside my s’mores cookie. This is not only unpleasant, but a serious food safety and sanitation issue. When I called the store to report it, I was told that employees do not wear hairnets. That response was extremely concerning.
Anyone preparing or handling food should be required to follow basic hygiene standards. Whether someone is “only baking cookies” or preparing a full meal, hair restraints are a fundamental part of food safety. Finding hair inside a baked product shows a clear lack of proper precautions.
This experience has completely turned me off from ordering again.

Delicious cookies and great service! We were happily surprised to find dairy-free options! (Me and my sister are lactose intolerant). The guy that took our order was very nice and professional, and kept us informed along the way as we waited because the vegan cookies had to be specially baked. The vegan cookies were SOOOO good! This was our first time trying Insomnia Cookies and we will definitely be back!

My daughter ordered cookies last night and I must say, I was impressed!!! They were so warm, even after door dash delivered them! Awesome taste love the brownies and cookie mix! All were delicious. Will definitely be back!!

Terrible service. Ordered 45 minutes prior to noticing my delivery was 10 minutes late. I called to be told “oh yeah your order is sitting here, our drivers don’t come in til 6” so I asked why was I able to order delivery before that time? She said they will assign to DoorDash. Well apparently no one followed up or bothered to care that no driver picked up the order. They didn’t offer me a credit for their mistake or even offer to make things right. Don’t spend your money here. Plenty of other places in the Hammond area that make desserts.

This location is completely careless and disrespectful. My nephew has a chocolate allergy and ONLY eats plain peanut butter cookies. He goes here weekly. On November 23rd, he was given cookies containing chocolate — a dangerous and irresponsible mistake.
When my sister called to address it, the employee Malcolm was beyond unprofessional. Instead of fixing the order or showing any concern for a child with an allergy, he became combative, blamed my minor nephew, and responded with profanity. The lack of basic decency, accountability, and awareness was unbelievable.
This place clearly doesn’t take customer safety seriously, and the attitude from staff is disgusting. We will never return, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone — especially families, children, or anyone with allergies. I am warning other families, parents, and anyone with allergies: do not trust this location with your safety. The behavior, the negligence, and the complete lack of accountability are unacceptable. They serve the best cookies! Always hot and fresh out of the oven. Cheaper and better tasting then Crumbl Cookies. They have lots of different packaged deals. Cookies, ice cream, brownies, make your own ice cream sandwiches with your choice of their fresh cookies, etc. Something for everyone!
