Some dunkin’ donuts are used to doing half caffeinated drinks, while other ones don’t seem to understand the concept. Although I have to give this location and specifically my person taking the order a lot of credit.
She said she didn’t know exactly how to do it but she was going to try and even made sure that it tasted good before I left. They were even super sweet and offered my dog to have a pup cup!
They were super friendly and even had me pull around to give my order directly to them because there were some lawn guys that were using leaf blowers and no one could hear a thing from the menu microphone.

Today my mom and i came in for breakfast and stacy and another woman were working. Stacy went above and beyond for me today telling me about the bacon, making sure i got the crispy one i requested, and told me the sweet pepper bacon (i forgot the name) on the 20th . I loved that one! She really is an asset to this store. The other woman working with her was nice too. Didnt catch her name.

Space is shared with a gas station/ convenience store. Usually busy in the morning so there is a wait (drive thru or walk up). Coffee is hot! Standard donut and breakfast menu fare.

Once again their frozen coffee machine was down. Why cant they get machines that dont break down all the time?!?!
Out of the 5 places we frequent only one has had the frozen coffee every time. The others its like 4 out of 5 visits it is broke down!

This Dunkin’ is in the back of a gas station, with a drive-thru window. I did not drive here, but inside, the woman running the counter was working by herself. Not particularly friendly, and seemed to be upset that there were 4 people in line inside, and 2 or 3 cars in the drive-thru. After waiting about 10 minutes, I left and went across the street to Starbucks.

This place is an absolute disgrace. There is only 1 person working, and wait times are extremely long. They will just let you sit in the hot sun waiting for 10 minutes without even taking your order. If you walk in, they will also just make you stand there and wait forever. This place should be reported to Dunkin Donuts corporate for how horribly it is run and how awful the service is.

Ordered delivery through uber this morning- good delivery, not so good order execution. Ordered a specific dozen, didn’t get even close to what I asked for. Got a second dozen and asked for a variety, got mostly plain doughnuts. Ordered a latte; the machine is broken. Ended up with a hot coffee with a shot of espresso and flavoring. Hashbrowns came cold too.

This place is seriously in need of some fresh management. Having placed a pickup order shortly before arriving I had no issue waiting, what I did take issue with here was how clearly overworked and understaffed this location was. The two employees managing the shop’s entire breakfast rush were completely overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the demand.
Whoever scheduled or setup the shift that morning either has no idea what they’re doing, or no sympathy for their workers.
Instead of an Arnold Palmer I ended up with a cup of pure lemon juice, no tea, no sweetener, nothing. I additionally waited at the register to pickup the order for about 5 minutes, and not once did an employee have the time to actually check in on me.
Not to mention the gas station this location is in needs quite a bit of work and cleaning. Can’t say I’ve felt adverse to eating food in a good while, but this location brought that sense back.
