Very good food at very reasonable prices. A country style place to enjoy as a family. The briquet was particularly moist and exquisite. The outside may not fully reflect the quality of the food, but just go in and enjoy! You will like it!

Great spot for delicious BBQ. The place is informal but quaint. The service is excellent. The servers are friendly and efficient. The smoked chicken and the BBQ pork were both outstanding. We also tried the mac and cheese, which was also delicious. The location is convenient to downtown and not far from White Sands NM. If you want delicious food at reasonable prices in a friendly atmosphere – go here!

Stopped here while visiting the White Sand Dunes and Alamogordo, NM area. I have had some good, not so good, and great BBQ living in Texas and Oklahoma. Can’t Stop Smokin’ BBQ, on the main road through Alamogordo, ranks up there with the best.
I got the slice brisket plate and my wife got the pulled pork sandwich. The brisket was cooked to perfection, moist and very lean for brisket. The baked beans were eye-brow lick’in good as was the jalapeno corn muffin. Green beans were a bit peppery.
My wife said only one word, “AWESOME” then entire time while enjoying her sandwich.
Service is excellent!! It is $$$$ for cost….but at Can’t Stop Smokin’ BBQ you get what you pay for.
There is an outside patio area that makes an enjoyable place to have your food.
If you like great BBQ and are in the area do stop here. You will be very glad you did.

Let me tell you if BBQ is what you want then this is the place!!!! The flavor was out of this world, portions were huge, and the sauce………holy cow. The spicy bbq sauce was on point. I bought 2 bottles to take home. The service was great, place was clean, and the tea was really good. I got the brisket nachos…mmmmmmm. I also thought the sink in bathroom was really neat.

Found the meat less tender than most. Had food delivered and it came without any sauce, so be sure to clarify that when ordering. The potato salad was good. The beans were not my favorite. Tried the cobbler and it was almost too sweet. Portion size was good.

This place was very yummy. We ate a little bit of everything. The best by far was the sliced brisket. It was some of the best I have ever tasted. The sausage and chicken were also scrumptious. My husband raved about the cornbread. The only thing we didn’t really care for was the chopped sandwich, it was not great. I would recommend this place as a great stop. It was also not too pricey.

Food was excellent! I had brisket that was moist and as flavorful as any I’ve ever had along with sausage that was delicious. The garlic potatoes were boiled and buttered. The buttered corn was scrumptious. The rolls were small and a bit on the heavy side. My girlfriend said her ribs and green beans were wonderful.

The service was quick and friendly. The portions were medium-sized and the sausage was delicious. I got two meats, two sides, and a roll for $6.99! The New England style Parker dinner rolls were also a great surprise. This was a great find for two hungry travelers.
