Insanely good italian food!!! They were very accommodating for substituting some things out and almost customizing a pasta dish. A 10/10 hearty meal to end the day with.

I have only ever ordered the coffee and Torta here, its my little treat of the week. I have always enjoyed it here, I bring my book to the bar and have a bite of dessert and then go about my day. Its a perfect punctuation to a day on Church Street.
As a celiac, the torta is perfect. The coffee helps melt the chocolate in my mouth and the warm spoon goes through the chocolate shell better. 10/10 will get again! Photos are of me mid way through so you don’t get their great presentation! Sorry!

I just tried a gluten-free version of their SALSICCIA, usually served with Gnocchi. When I say they have the best gluten-free pasta in Burlington, I don’t joke, I don’t exaggerate. The kitchen knows exactly what its doing! Of course, I had to have my Torta and Coffee after! 5/5 in a new location and a new year!

The fried mozzarella was just okay, but the broccolini was excellent. The Queen of Hearts cocktail is a 10/10, and the Etna pizza bomb was a standout. The gluten-free pizza was also solid. Meatballs came out a bit cold, and the olives were served with the mains instead of as a starter, which threw things off a little. Maybe it was because we ate later in the evening, but overall the food was great. The hosts were friendly—though not super attentive—and the vibe was still very good. Definitely a great meal.

Great location on the main strip in Burlington. Our server was excellent. The college kids waited to go here for parent to pay as too fancy for them. Food was solid and atmosphere was very nice.

Small food menu but large drink menu. The garlic bread appetizer was excellent, chewy fluffy bread and a crispy crust. The chicken was unfortunately dry but the portion was large.

Pascolo Ristorante is a nice Italian restaurant in a vibrant area of downtown Burlington. My wife and I dined there while on vacation and I have no reservations about a wholehearted recommendation. Very good!

We stopped in Burlington on the way home from a long driving trip to Canada. We drove into town from our hotel and walked to city center to look around.
We found the pedestrian only Church street where there are lots of restaurants and bars. We researched Pascolo from home before we left and it was a good choice. We arrived without a reservation and had to sit outside under the umbrellas. Our waiter was very nice and responsive. We ordered two dishes, one chicken and one pasta, to share. A bottle f sparkling water and a nice glass of Italian red wine made it a nice relaxing dinner.

We stopped in on a Saturday night around 7p. Quick service, food was tasty. We started with calamari and bread, and got the special of the day swordfish and also gnocchi with pork sausage. I don’t enjoy salty food and was worried about the calamari, but it didn’t have that salty breading a lot of restaurants use and the portion was huge, honestly that and a side could have been our meal. It came with marinara sauce and a lemon type of aioli. The swordfish came with puréed eggplant and fennel, which I know I don’t enjoy so I didn’t even taste that dish, but was told it was delicious. The gnocch was made in house and melted in my mouth. The pork sausage was out of the casing and mixed in the marinara sauce and had a little heat to it, but I wouldn’t say it was spicy. We got a side of broccolini that was so tender and had a lemon sauce, best part of the meal. Very tasty and a nice experience. We happened to sit beside a bridesmaid hen party so I would say
Noise levels were higher than typical, but we didn’t mind.

My new favorite local Italian Bistro Restaurant. Located in the heart of downtown Burlington, Vermont. An eclectic local draft brewing choices. My favorite is the Shelburne based brewery Fiddlehead IPA beer. Complimentary bar snacks. The Mussels side dish was fantastic. Bon Appetite. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
