I only gave it a 4 because it is fast food but HOLY COW
it’s February 1st, there’s 6 inches of snow and every restaurant is closed but this one. And the woman who worked at 3:45 was taking orders, cooking, cleaning and maybe even drive through ALL BY HERSELF.
Somehow our food still came out in under 15 min, no mistakes, well presented, and she kept an upbeat attitude. Who ever reads these reviews for the company needs to give this woman a raise cuz I can guarantee when I was in this exact situation I was in tears and the food was rushed.

Great place for families, fairly priced, roomy and very laid back. Very generic American fast food but you do get a good amount of food that’s warm and easy.

Great place to eat. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful as well. We tried burgers, onion rings, cheese bites, chicken tenders and cheesesteak. The food was fresh and delicious.

Went here for dinner one night. The buns were very hard on the burgers like they’d been sitting out. Then we went to order shakes when we were finished, and they claimed they were out of ice cream and it was going to be 30 minutes for it to freeze again. How are you going to be advertising a burger and shake restaurant and then not have ice cream. Not pleased at all!

Burgers & hot dogs are delicious!! Absolutely love the cheese bites. Amazing goodness for your mouth! Grabbed an ice cream while here. Went off the amazing suggestion of the lady working here & got the Carmel banana foster…..YUMMMMM!!!! You must try!!

Walked in and after 10 min waiting walked out. There were three in the kitchen area that looked directly at us. Place looked nice but floors were so sticky I felt like I would fall over.

Second time after 9pm that was a bad experience. Waited over 20 minutes for our order. Personally witnessed our order given to a drive thru pickup and then brought back inside by another customer. Told them I wanted fresh food as it had left their supervision. They said okay and then we waited for it “to be made fresh”. When we received it back it was cold – had to have been the same food. Dont know whose hands had been on that food. If it weren’t for the fact that we hadn’t have eaten all day I would have asked for a refund. Won’t be back there! They call it ServSafe for a reason! And on top of that there was only half a hamburger patty on my wife’s burger……

This place was horrible. We didn’t order because we turned around & walked out. It smelled like greasy nasty food. Our feet was sticking to the floor like it hadn’t been mopped in a while/ or with the same nasty mop water over and over. Will never go there again.

I suppose it beats your typical fast food burger. Drive thru is a bit awkward (employee wise), but for a young person, maybe a little training will help. The food was good, the shake was good, fries were good. Nothing over the top, but not a terrible experience.

Food was Great! Everything was Hot! People are very friendly…. The biscuits are as big as your hand!! Definitely will go back! The pics are of the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and cheesy grits!
