Twice, we had undercooked raw burgers from here. 2nd time my husband had food poisoning from it. I complained to their headquarters and filed a compliant to health department. They need to train their employees or hire someone that can cook. The teenage girl who worked in the back can tell she doesnt care after she gave me an attitude. Won’t be back here again after giving them a second chance.

Except for one guy at the drive thru, we have had thee most excellent customer service. They are younger adults but always seem eager to help and happy to be at their job. The one we got was overly fake and didn’t look at you when he talked and was bothered to have to wait on us. 🙁 but because we have had stellar service most other times, we still give it a 5.

This is my first ever review of anything.
The Chicken club wrap I just had was not worth the money or time it took to eat the two bites that it would have amounted to….Trash can. The only flavor was the disgusting sauce, the bacon couldn’t be found, the lettuce appeared to be taken from a sink drain and I’m convinced the wrap was made from recycled tires.
I went back and got your awesomely delicious roast beef and curly fries …toss the wraps.

Not very impressed with this location. Ordered a regular rb/with cheddar, no sauce & curly fries. Who orders fries & doesn’t need ketchup? Had to go back for ketchup. Was TOTALLY IGNORED BY THE SERVERS. After saying “EXCUSE ME” 4 times, a young girl turned & said, “what’da ya want? I ask for ketchup. No problem. Got back to the table to realize there was no cheese on my sandwich. Went back up. Ignored again. After the usual wait, she said, “Now what?”. I explained there was no cheese on my sandwich. Very smartly she said, you told me you didn’t want sauce. I told her I didn’t want sauce, but I didn’t say anything about cheese. She said, “it’s cheese sauce”. I asked to have it put on. She did. Won’t be a return customer. I don’t pay businesses to treat me disrespectfully.

Had to wait 20min in drive thru for small order while 5 people inside were just standing around. Cars constantly have to wait. They never thank me just throw my food at me. I wouldn’t go there if it wasn’t the only fast food available in this town. Something needs done.

Drive thru only. big downer! Also I’m not sure they can hear clearly. 3 times eating here and all 3 times got the wrong meal!… was it good Yes! just not what I ordered and not waiting thru line to get it corrected. The team works hard and we are lucky to have Arby’s in such a small town!

This is right near my dog’s vet, so whenever we’re in the area, we have to stop and get them sliders. They’re like 2 kids when they see Arby’s. I like it too. I always get a market sandwich, and it’s always fresh.
