At Sempre Oggi, we believe there is no greater joy in life than taking time to enjoy food and wine with the ones we love. Our focus is on market-driven, authentic Italian cuisine, reinterpreted for New York City diners. From Sempre A Casa, our at-home experience, to our daily Aperitivi Hour, our menus make the most of what’s in season and whatever is most delicious that day.

Very large restaurant with a really nice decor. Famous dishes are focaccia bread, the gem salad, pasta with amatriciana sauce, and tiramisu. I had all of them, and can say that the rumors are true. Focaccia is very soft, gem salad has the perfect cold and crispy texture, amatriciana tastes great, and tiramisu is memorable. We also had the duck leg parcelles. The tastes were good and well mixed. Also, they carry good wine that pairs well with food. I liked the cream of the tiramisu the most. Also, they make a good effort to make your special day memorable. Suggestion: they should add a sweet bite to the bag they give you when you are leaving the restaurant on your special they – some others restaurants do it so it makes this kind of expected.

FABULOUS OUTSTANDING food
I am vegetarian pescatarian and very picky. I ordered the cauliflower antipasto and a couple of vegetable cotorni. All spectacular. My mom and my daughter said their pasta was absolutely delicious. The interior is so nicely done.
Great service lovely waitstaff. Thaddeus was our server, very charming and friendly as were many others there whose names I did not get. It was a perfect evening. They didn’t rush us at all. So appreciated.
Highly recommend.
And quiet!!! You can converse!!

Came to Sempre Oggi for a drink at the bar prior to going for a show at Beacon Theatre.. although the restaurant was quite full we were able to get seats at the bar rather quickly. Very friendly service and our mixologist. Kevin gave us a tasting of their house special martini and I wound up getting two more.. great service.. really pretty restaurant.. very clean bathrooms. We didn’t get a chance to eat, but we’ll definitely be back to try. The food smelled and looked delicious.

What a winner. In every category. Was my first time here, and I was blown away. Service, atmosphere & food were top notch. We had the rib steak for two. Sublime! Strattciatelli & beets, omg!
Our waiter, Thaddeus was pleasant, fun & on top of everything.

One my fave restaurants in NYC. Dining here is a true experience, traditional Italian dishes tuned up but with simple ingredients sourced fresh and done right. A staff that actually cares about youth dining happiness, seasonal Negronis, fresh bowls of pasta you wish would never end, vegetables as showcase pieces, not after thoughts and the biggest, softest most flavorful tiramisu you’ll ever have. Come hungry. Bring friends. Share everything.

Came for a Friday night dinner to try out a neighborhood spot for restaurant week. My husband didn’t order on restaurant week menu and his clams app and bucatini entree were fine. Nothing to rave about but nothing wrong with them. I got the lasagna as my main course and unfortunately it came out cold. I nicely asked for it to be heated and it came back 20 minutes later burnt to a crisp. Our waiter told us he took a glass of wine off the bill as an apology but when we checked the itemization after we paid, he unfortunately did not. I wouldn’t dine here again given the bill was over $200 for burnt lasagna

On the Upper West Side, it’s a relatively cool and chic Italian spot. The food, including the pasta dishes, was absolutely delicious, and the dessert was truly outstanding. The ribeye, however, was a bit disappointing as it was too fatty.

New favorite spot in the Upper Westside. From the service to the ambiance to the amazing food, Sempre Oggi did not disappoint.
Our server Yussef offered the NY Restaurant week menu but we ended up ordering from the traditional menu to have more options. Started with an espresso martini, the prosciutto, a perfectly dressed little gem caesar salad and just-right crispy calamari. Then had the well seasoned branzino with artichoke and tagliatelle with rabbit.
Cleaned our plates and got out in great time for a show around the corner at the Beacon. Thanks team for the lovely meal. Will definitely be back!

Had been to Sempre Oggi with friends prior and enjoyed our experience, so our party of 12 chose for New Year’s Eve- the place was festively decorated. All the communications leading up to the evening were timely and professional. Our group loved the evening- from the creative tasty dishes to the friendly very well trained staff. Loved the cocktails! We did a prix fixe menu due to the party size and the amount and variety of food was extensive and super tasty. Robert and Bryan were the best! Try it for yourself- you will not be disappointed.
