I always say arbys is underrated and i love the chicken sandwiches but this time half of my sandwich didnt even have any chicken on it. And the pieces of chicken it did have tasted old like it had been sitting out for a while as well as being extreamly thin. And the cheese wasnt even slightly melted.I took the drive through but they just seamed like they were in so much of a rush (borderline rude) dispite me being the only one there. Obviously the steak bites were terrible but i was expecting that and didnt really take it into account with this review.

How can a restaurant that serves roast beef sandwiches be out of roast beef AND burgers? What’s left but sides. I’m VERY disappointed. And AGAIN for second time in 3 days they don’t have roast beef due to no slicer. What happened to the slicer in 3 days. No point in being open if 80 percent of the menu is not available. Find a new slicer supplier.

Place was packed, drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, but the staff inside still found time to keep it very clean and my order came extremely quick. Staff was very friendly and even though they’ve only been operating a week it feels like they’ve been doing this for years.
Only hangup I have is that the mobile ordering isn’t out yet, and the entrance onto main street has that asphalt hump, every sedan I saw bottomed out on it and I felt kind of nervous on it in my truck.

Today was opening day at this location in Lamar, Colorado, and there was plenty of staff on hand to offer a very pleasant dining experience.
As always, my focus is handicap ♿️ accessibility, and the pictures outside for parking shows upfront parking available, sidewalks leading from the street has wheelchair ♿️ sloped sidewalk to entry accessibility, but the doors have no automatic push entry access which in our community and in most communities worldwide, it’s a feature that shows the people with disabilities how much they’re appreciated by making entry easier.
I share this as an opportunity for companies to make positive changes to make everyone feel appreciated as a customer regardless of their situations.
As far as the Arby’s and the staff, my mom, my son, and I truly enjoyed our experience.

Ordered French dip sandwiches. No aujus when we got home. Didn’t give us senior discount- they said they forgot. Also ordered pies. They were as flat as a cookie! Everything that we did get was very tasty
