The meatless Chicken Patty option and Beyond meat patty are great for those that are vegetarian or you’re wanting to eat a little healthy.
Definitely check out the Yucca Fries! So so good.
But don’t forget to pair it with a refreshing Strawberry lemonade. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful food, I recommend trying the yuca fries with the sauces they offer. They have great service, they were quick to bring the food out and treated us with kindness. The atmosphere is fun and open. The berlin burger is delicious as well as the nomad. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing on one of the last hot days in colorado. This business deserves tons of support and come enjoy the good food they prepare!

Excellent menu and service! Softest pita Gyro, fresh lamb, the picked onions were a delish surprise with fresh veggies and a unique yummy sauce on the gyro.
Pistachio feta hummus was great!
Southwestern Egg rolls good as well as the fresh Yucca fries and reg fries. Highly recommend. The limeade was delightful as well. Located in the Zeppelin fun atmosphere.

$6 for seven (7) yucca fries (they were tasty especially with the dipping sauce). Dry burger patty that was overcooked (no option to choose how the patty was cooked), minimal pesto sauce, a couple of raw purple onions and the butt of a tomato. The mozzarella wasn’t warm and didn’t melt over the burger, which added to the dryness. The bun was surprisingly solid! Got this for burger week for $7 but normally sells for $15. Uptown & Humboldt is my new favorite spot in Denver- the menu is so thoughtfully curated with a variety of delicious flavors, catering to those of us with dietary restrictions, keto in my case. The burger I ordered was PERFECT, and they had no issue placing it on a bed of fresh, high quality greens. The owners, Gio and Hayden, are so incredibly gracious and I cannot express enough what an excellent dining experience this was. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in Denver!

The food was delicious. However, one of the main reasons we came here is because they advertise how vegetarian friendly they are. I ordered an impossible patty and was served an actual meat patty. I’m not a vegetarian but I really only eat meat once a month or so and rarely eat red meat. I tried to power through the burger but couldn’t. I’m really disappointed because I was looking forward to being able to have a hamburger. Also we came during happy hour and ordered tapas which were advertised to be 3$ off and we got charged full price. Again really disappointed. I was so excited to try this place but probably won’t be back, unless it is on meatless Monday because I know I won’t be served meat.

Their pineapple basil agua Fresca is absolutely delicious! I would 110% get that again! And their truffle Asiago fries are so good, so crunchy, so flavorful! But they are definitely more a shareable item than a solo endeavor…and I only say that because 1/4 way in and I was about to explode. The flavor becomes very intense. But I don’t regret my choice because they were delicious and hit that crunchy, salty spot.

What can I say other than a stellar breakfast burrito! I was checking out an outdoor market at Zepplin station and was looking for some food. I stumbled upon Uptown & Humbolt as I saw they offer breakfast burritos. I ordered the bacon. First off, it is good sized, size matters. The tortilla was special, very fresh and wrapped well. The burrito was full of fresh bacon. The potatoes are hash browns, cooked perfectly. The egg is scrambled and had great consistency. The chimichurri sauce is very flavorful. Overall burrito is a phenomenal presentation. Recommended and wi be back.
