The barbacoa was rich, tender, and slow-braised to perfection. The carne asada hit with smoky, grilled flavor and just the right amount of spice. And the green chile pork? Juicy, tangy, and totally addictive. Each one brought its own bold twist, and together they were taco-tray magic.
Torchy’s signature salsas sealed the deal—the creamy orange one is pure gold, and the verde is fresh and zesty. Don’t skip the elote either: roasted corn covered in spicy crema, cotija, and chili dust. It’s the ultimate sidekick. (And worth the visit alone!)
Fun vibe, quick service, and prices that make Hooky Hour feel like a cheat code. Torchy’s doesn’t just serve tacos—they serve up pure happiness in a tortilla.
Ps. The Naughty Santa taco was from their secret menu and the church’s were very tasty
The flavors for a few of their items were really quite good! But some missed the mark.
The chicken fajita and steak fajita were surprises. The chicken and steak were both very well seasoned and had great flavor. The tacos were packed with veggies which I enjoyed. The brushfire had a nice combination of flavor and was a favorite. As was the scallywag was soooo close to be amazing. I loved the flavors and the pickled onion, as well as the jam, but the breading on the shrimp was sliding off which turned quite a few bits mushy. The Baja shrimp taco was okay, wasn’t a fan of the sauces/salsa that came with it.
The peanut butter recees cookie was fantastic.
The green chile queso was disappointing, lacking green chile flavor. The fried avacado taco fell short, and was mushy. The green chile taco was also lacking texture and just fell really short of flavor.
Would I go out of my way to come here, no, but they are close so I will definitely be back to try some other items.

I have been here numerous times and it was amazing each time. Friendly staff, and they check your order before giving it to you. I know this because they made the wrong thing for my wife and they checked it before they gave it to her apologized took it back and re-made it. I brought many friends here and they all love it as well.
