Very high quality food prepared by 3rd generation family members. Server was very energetic and friendly. A wide variety of Italian and American cuisine. Ample seating inside and outdoors. Wheelchair accessible. Parking is limited, so carpooling highly recommend for groups. Food is rich in traditional home cooked flavors. Creative appetizer dishes like the Broccoli Rabe Sausage with garlic and white beans and pepperspice. Fresh baked warm Italian bread was a nice surprise before our dinner arrived. The garden salad was bursting with fresh flavor of fresh roasted red peppers, carrots, tomatoes, olive and crisp romain spring mix. The pizza ha a crisp thin crust and ample toppings. We have definitely saved this place in favorites. A short drive off I-78.

Casola’s Pizza & Grill exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we walked in, the warm, family-friendly atmosphere was inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our entire visit.
Service was absolutely top-notch—our server greeted us with a genuine smile and immediately made us feel welcome. She was knowledgeable about the menu and patiently took our order.
Throughout our meal, she checked on us regularly without being intrusive.
The pasta was absolutely outstanding—perfectly cooked with just the right amount of chew, generous toppings, and that authentic Italian flavor you crave. The cheese was perfectly melted, and the sauce had that perfect balance, and we could taste the freshness in every bite.
The portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality you get.
Whether you’re looking for a casual family dinner, a celebration, or just craving some seriously good pizza, Casola’s is the place to go.

Our family used to go to the old location in Califon, so we were so excited when we discovered they’re still in business, and in Bloomsbury. After all these years, Casola’s is just as amazing as we remember! The same delicious recipes, a super nice and hard-working staff, and overall a down-to-earth and family-friendly atmosphere. Their bolognese sauce is one of the best I’ve ever had, and I was even able to order it gluten free! We will definitely be back soon…next time to get pizza!

We had Casola’s cater our wedding, and the food was absolutely incredible! Every single guest was raving about how delicious everything was — from the first bite to the last. The dishes were perfectly seasoned, fresh, and served hot, and you could truly taste the quality in every detail.
Not only was the food amazing, but the service was seamless and professional — they made everything effortless on such a busy day. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m still dreaming about those flavors!
Highly, highly recommend Casola’s for any wedding or event — they went above and beyond and helped make our day even more special.

We were driving towards PA and had pulled off to eat at a different place. Fortunately the wait was too long and this little gem was right down the road. We had the calamari, chicken parm and chicken marsala. From the warm and toasty bread to the salad. The food and service was great. The chicken was super tender too. Love finding places like this.

“Casola’s lived up to the hype! We visited after hearing rave reviews about their pizza and other dishes.
The pizza was truly exceptional. The thin crust was perfectly crispy and peeled off the dough effortlessly, just like a classic New York slice. The balance of a flavorful cheese and sauce was spot on, bringing back fond memories of pizza from the city.
We also tried the chicken parm and chicken franchaise. The chicken parm was solid, made with high-quality chicken. However, the chicken franchaise was the real star. It was bursting with flavor and the lemon was perfectly balanced.
Casola’s is a hidden gem in Bloomsbury. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit.”

My wife and I visiting family and ended up coming here to spend some time alone. We were surprised by the high quality of food and the very inviting atmosphere. We got the vodka penne pasta and the rib eye cheese steak both very good and filling. recommend everyone stop here to eat if they end up near this cute small town!

Super inconsiderate of the neighborhood. People park for Casolas in front of every house on the street because it’s more convenient than parking in front of the place, and then we can’t park at our own homes. Owner said it was “too inconvenient” to put out a sign asking if customers could make sure they parked considerately, but there’s a brand new sign outside the restaurant today congratulating themselves on 10 years being open. Consider the double standard you’re setting and be kinder to your neighbors, we hate living on the same street.

I love Italian food so I decided to get a Lyft from the truck stop and I’m glad I did. I had the meat lasagna along with cheese sticks and the meal came along with some bread and a salad. The waitress was very friendly and helpful with everything. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks for cooking it the real Italian way!

Our first time here, will definitely be back. Cozy atmosphere, staff was so pleasant, kind and attentive. Food was amazing! Tuna appetizer, fried calamari, Salmon salad were spot on and then some, and the Seafood Paella was best we ever had.
