Ann & Fran’s Kitchen is such a gem! I order the tofu scramble and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had you can tell someone actually cares about what they’re making. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. The space itself is beautiful too warm, bright, and so thoughtfully done. You can feel the good energy as soon as you walk in.

Amongst the hustle on bustle of busy Rt 28 in Yarmouth you will find Anne and Fran’s , an amazing eatery that offers breakfast and lunch with a creative twist on all the classics. Tyler and his staff have created a menu with an eye fixed on the modern palette with well thought out combinations of flavors, some familiar and some which may be new to you, but ALL delicious. Vegans and vegetarians will welcome the plant based options and dishes . As a carnivore though, I will say their smoked slab bacon is out of this world delicious !

If your crew is hungry and a solid breakfast or lunch is your aim trust me, you will be happy you found yourself here in their cozy coastal themed dining room. So don’t let the sometimes long lines in the summer intimidate you, Anne and Fran’s is popular for a reason. Get in there and check it out.

Small craft kitchen for breakfast. Each dish has a special flair. While there are less “crafty” options, try the duck hash or the buckwheat waffles. The kid’s menu has more traditional breakfast offerings…but get them to try the good stuff. In summer, the line and wait are long…and we know why! Open in winter, same great menu with fewer people. This is my new “go to” breakfast restaurant. Forgot to take pictures except the lone remaining my donut hole.. gingerbread for the season. Yum

Fantastic experience today at Ann and Fran’s. The food is exceptional and the service/friendliness of the staff is unmatched. I had the lobster Benedict and it far exceeded my expectations. It was served on a pillowy brioche that melted in your mouth, and the corn chow chow was a really nice compliment to the rich lobster (today’s market price was $36). We also tried the strawberry toast as an appetizer. Mascarpone and goat cheese with a strawberry preserve on top with honey- it was sweet and savory in all the right ways! We also got the slow roasted hash, which was absolutely delicious and very flavorful. Space is very limited inside, and although they can accommodate larger parties, you can always expect a wait. On that note- we witnessed a few parties, get called but not report back to the host to stand in a timely manner. The restaurant was extremely accommodating and patient and did their best to ensure people on the list were notified, but there were a lot of angry tourists who didn’t have any patience for a small business. Kudos to the hostess for handling it so well. Would 1000% recommend Ann and Fran’s!

There’s nothing about this place that’s not to love. The food was delicious! Everyone was so welcoming and lovely! Kindness was served with breakfast:) very small and cozy. I will definitely come back next time I’m town. Everything tasted very fresh!
– BTW, if you see the “Closed Sign” during opening hours, chances are it’s not closed, the wind probably just turned it around. Entitling was delicious, highly recommend!

House made biscuits and gravy, delectable blueberry lemon curd ricotta pancakes and delicious corn beef hash. The kids French toast was amazing! Had great service. It’s a small place, so plan ahead or be okay with waiting.

The breakfast here is fantastic. The orange juice is fresh and they have a good selection of traditional breakfast items, some of which have a fun little twist. The muffins and pastries looked really good too but never tried any.

The service was quick and friendly and the cost was average, but great for the amount and quality that you get.

It is a little small in there, which adds to the ambience and it was challenging to get a parking spot on a Sunday late morning. It is definitely worth the wait though, you won’t be disappointed!

This restaurant is small and quaint. We had a bit of a wait since we had a party of 5 but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostess made sure to come up to me and say they only had two tables for a party of 5 and she didn’t forget us. I appreciated that.
The donut holes were probably one of the best I’ve ever had.
Every staff member was smiling and friendly.
My whole family loved their meals. My husband and I both got the special which was barbacoa huevos rancheros. It was DELICIOUS. Definitely a must stop if you are in the area. Our family of five indulged and we spent $90 with tip. We love to support local restaurants so it was well worth it for us.
The kids breakfast is super reasonable at $5-$6 per plate!
the donuts were $12 for 6 but SO worth it.
