Don’t even bother getting a meal with fries. Never fresh or hot. Save your money. Just order drink and sandwich. 3 plus years never once have received warm or hot fries.

I liked that the fish sandwiches came out blazing hot. Those other restaurants should give up making their own because this fast food chain has it on lock! Thumbs up to their Greek gyro too. My only complaint is the curly fries were less than lukewarm. Nobody likes that do they?

Pulled up five minutes before close and they asked if I wanted the new loaded Italian, when I said no and I’d like a turkey bacon sandwich, they said they close in three minutes and she couldn’t let me order. Why are they open if they are not accepting orders?

2/23/24. Went to the Arby’s in Cambridge MD and ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal. It was terrible! The chicken strips and the French fries were old and dried out! The chicken strips were so hard, my dogs wouldn’t even eat them! They weren’t busy so I guess I got what was cooked hours before I got there. God forbid they would cook fresh ones knowing they were cold and old! Won’t be going there for food anymore!

Dont waste your time and money if you go pass 9pm. I got some sliders a large and a meal with a large fry. so 14 bucks later and waiting get our food and the frys are cold and the sandwiches was thrown together like a 3yr old made it. So i said the frys are cold and they said oh ok i can get u more and walks over to the deep fryer where they have frys just sitting in the basket and serving them like that cold because some lazy ass dont wanna clean the warmer at night and they was to busy play tag with a kid from royal farms. This place is a joke at night

What a pleasant experience! Hit the drive thru Saturday night, long dark haired girl was most polite, didn’t catch her name. She took the orders, and served at the window. Food was hot and perfect!

The food was cold I understand that things these days are expensive so I don’t complain about the price because I understand but $36 dollars and the fries were so cold and dry that as a person who is in the food industry knows what a cold old fry tastes like that stuff had to be at least a hour old there wasn’t any warmth to them at all!!

Dining room was closed. Only drive thru was open. Waited in drive thru line for twenty minutes just to place my order. Waited another fifteen minutes to get to the order window. No condiments (horsey sauce or Any sauce) available. My family wanted roast beef, so I struggled through the wait or I would have gone elsewhere. I am a regular customer and usually have a very good experience here. Very disappointed tonight.
